摘 要
數(shù)控機(jī)床是裝備制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),一個(gè)國(guó)家數(shù)控機(jī)床業(yè)的水平已經(jīng)成為衡量該國(guó)制造業(yè)水平、工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標(biāo)志。立式加工中心是數(shù)控機(jī)床的集中體現(xiàn),對(duì)它進(jìn)行研究,可深入了解數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控機(jī)床。但是立式加工中心的工作性能受機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)、滑座等功能部件的直接影響。設(shè)計(jì)合理的進(jìn)給系統(tǒng),滑座結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)提高立式加工中心工作性能有重要的意義。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:
(1) 本文對(duì)VMC850滑座進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及精度設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了進(jìn)行了靜力計(jì)算及有限元分析。
(2) 本文對(duì)VMC850X向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體方案設(shè)計(jì)與零部件設(shè)計(jì)。
(3) 本文對(duì)VMC850X向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)中伺服電機(jī)進(jìn)行了選擇計(jì)算與校核。
(4) 本文對(duì)VMC850X向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)中滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)行了選擇計(jì)算與校核。
(5) 本文對(duì)VMC850X向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)中滾動(dòng)軸承進(jìn)行了選擇計(jì)算與校核。

Abstract
The computer numerical control machine tools is the basis of the equipment manufacturing industry.The level of the CNC machine tools industry has become an important symbol to measure the level of the country's manufacturing industry and the degree of modernization.The vertical machining center is the embodiment of the CNC machine tools. By research it, we can have in-depth understanding of CNC technology and CNC machine tools. But the work performance of the vertical machining center is directly effected by the main function components of vertical machining center, such as the feed system and the slide , etc. The reasonable design of the feed system and the Reasonable structural design of the slide is beneficial to improve the working performance of the Vertical machining center. The main content of this paper as follows:
(1)The structural design and precision design of the slide,the force calculation and analysis of the slide,and finally the finite element analysis of the slide.
(2)The overall program design and the parts design of the X feed system .
(3)The calculate and check of the servo motor of the X feed system.
(4)The calculate and check of the ball screw of the X feed system.
(5)The calculate and check of the rolling bearing of the X feed system.
(6)The calculate and check of the linear guideway of the X feed system.
