摘 要
隨著中國(guó)工業(yè)不斷地發(fā)展,模具行業(yè)也顯得越來越重要。本文針對(duì)側(cè)板的沖裁工藝性,介紹了落料沖孔復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)加工方法。分析比較了成形過程的三種不同沖壓工藝(單工序、復(fù)合工序和連續(xù)工序),確定用一幅復(fù)合模完成落料沖孔的工序過程。基本的要求是模具應(yīng)能滿足加工要求,保證制件精度;模具應(yīng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),工作可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,裝卸方便,便于維修和調(diào)整;模具盡量用通用件以便降低制造成本。
本課題主要是沖壓成型的工藝設(shè)計(jì),也就是沖壓模的工藝設(shè)計(jì)方案分析及確定工藝計(jì)算和模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等內(nèi)容,且簡(jiǎn)要分析了坯料形狀、尺寸,排樣、裁板方案和沖壓工序性質(zhì)。進(jìn)行了工藝力、壓力中心、模具工作部分尺寸及公差的計(jì)算,并設(shè)計(jì)出模具。還具體分析了模具的主要零部件(如凸凹模、卸料裝置、墊板、凸模固定板等)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造,沖壓設(shè)備的選用等。列出了模具所需零件的詳細(xì)清單,并給出了合理的裝配圖。為了提高生產(chǎn)效率,因此在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要力求結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,但是一定要保證其精度要求。在對(duì)制件分析的基礎(chǔ)上完成了整副模具的設(shè)計(jì),用CAXA軟件完成了二維設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的繪制,制件、模具零部件造型全部用SolidWorks2007軟件完成同時(shí)考慮了零部件的加工。

Abstract
With China's industries continue to develop and die industry is also becoming increasingly important. Based on the side plate of the stamping process, introduced the blanking punch compound die design and processing methods. Comparative analysis of the process of forming three different stamping process (single processes, complex processes and continuous processes), confirm completion of a composite model blanking and punching process. The basic requirement is mould should be able to satisfy the requirements of the processing, guarantee product precision; mould should be smooth operation, reliable, simple structure, easy maintenance, loading and unloading easily, convenient service and adjustment; mold as far as possible in order to reduce the use of common parts manufacturing costs.
This subject mainly stamping forming process design, also is the stamping mould design analysis and calculation, the mould structure determination technology design, etc, and a brief analysis of the blank shape, size, layout, cutting board and pressing nature of the process program. For the process, the center of pressure, the die size and the tolerance of the calculation, design mold. Also analyzes the mold of the main components (such as punch and die and dump devices, slates, punch plate, etc) design and manufacturing, stamping equipment selection, punch-gap adjustment and establishment of a vital parts machining process. Die requirements set out a detailed list of parts, and gives a reasonable assembly. Production is mainly in order to increase the production efficiency, thus in the design of simple structure, but should strive to ensure the accuracy of certain requirements. Based on the analyses of manufacture, completion of the entire mold design, complete with CAXA software drawing two-dimensional design drawings. and all of the manufactures, subassembly were sculpted by Solidwork2007 software.
