摘要
在我國(guó)大發(fā)展、快發(fā)展的大背景下,我們的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)也處于不斷上升的過(guò)程中,工業(yè)的發(fā)展成為帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。在這過(guò)程中,液壓技術(shù)也得到了較大的發(fā)展空間,液壓技術(shù)滲透在我國(guó)工業(yè)的各項(xiàng)領(lǐng)域中,其中,液壓傳動(dòng)是一門較新的技術(shù),雖然僅短短幾十年的發(fā)展歷程,可是如今卻被大規(guī)模地應(yīng)用在礦山、冶金機(jī)械、工程機(jī)械、機(jī)床等多種機(jī)械以及相關(guān)的武器裝備里。
抗沖擊性能作為產(chǎn)品可靠性的重要組成部分,現(xiàn)在已備受產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)者和使用者的關(guān)注。沖擊試驗(yàn)則是測(cè)試產(chǎn)品抗沖擊性能約一個(gè)重要手段。為了提高檢測(cè)產(chǎn)品的抗沖擊性能的試驗(yàn)水平,改進(jìn)和完善沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)性能則是一個(gè)重要的研究方向。本論文主要設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)被試件進(jìn)行沖擊性能試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。介紹了該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓系統(tǒng)和測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及工作原理,確定了元件的主要參數(shù)。驗(yàn)算液壓系統(tǒng)的性能,以及液壓控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)步驟,以及設(shè)計(jì)液壓系統(tǒng)時(shí)應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上介紹了液壓沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)的發(fā)展歷史,研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了液壓沖擊試驗(yàn)與沖擊波形的運(yùn)用狀況。

Abstract
In our country under the background of great development, fast development, our national economy is rising in the process, the development of industry become the important force in driving the development of economy. Hydraulic technology in the process, also get the larger development space, hydraulic technology in the domain of industry in China, among them, the hydraulic transmission is a relatively new technology, although only a short span of decades of development, but now has been largely used in mining, metallurgical machinery, engineering machinery, machine tools and various machinery and related equipment.
Shock resistance as an important part of product reliability, product producers and users of the watches now. Impact test is a test product shock resistance about an important means. In order to improve the level of detection products shock resistance of the test, to improve and perfect the impact testing machine performance is an important research direction. This paper mainly designs a shock performance testing of the specimens test rig. The test rig of hydraulic system are introduced and the design and working principle of measurement and control system, determine the main parameters of the element. Checking the performance of hydraulic system and hydraulic control system design steps, and the problems should be paid attention to when design the hydraulic system. On the basis of comprehensive literature at home and abroad to introduce the development history of hydraulic impact testing machine, research and application status quo, and introduces the hydraulic impact test and the application of shock wave.
