摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)主要闡述了年產(chǎn)3萬噸鋁鎂碳質(zhì)和3萬噸鎂碳質(zhì)耐火磚廠在設(shè)計(jì)中的重大問題以及方案的選擇。首先，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，設(shè)計(jì)原則，產(chǎn)品鎂碳磚的工廠的規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)方法，確定出生產(chǎn)的工藝過程，原料配比和顆粒的組成，各個(gè)車間的工作制度等。其次，進(jìn)行物料平衡計(jì)算，主機(jī)平衡計(jì)算，根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型。再根據(jù)設(shè)備在工廠中的安裝要求及檢修要求進(jìn)行車間房布置。本設(shè)計(jì)具有廠房布局合理，空間利用充分，有利于日后生產(chǎn)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，選用除塵設(shè)備改善工作環(huán)境保證工人的身體健康，對(duì)廢磚坯進(jìn)行回收處理利用，降低成本，廠區(qū)接近原料產(chǎn)地，原料的存放時(shí)間相對(duì)較短等特點(diǎn)。
