加氫還原釜的設(shè)計
摘 要:鄰甲基苯胺是一種重要的精細化工中間體,也是生產(chǎn)染料、農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥等的主要中間體。本文主要介紹鄰甲基苯胺的性質(zhì)及用途、主要生產(chǎn)方法、市場前景及發(fā)展趨勢,設(shè)計了年產(chǎn)1000噸鄰甲基苯胺的車間工藝:以甲苯、混酸(硝酸與硫酸)為原料,經(jīng)單釜間歇硝化、水洗、連續(xù)精餾、加氫還原、精制后得鄰甲基苯胺。我主要負責(zé)還原反應(yīng)釜的具體設(shè)計。根據(jù)物料衡算及熱量衡算結(jié)果,確定了加氫還原釜的工藝參數(shù)和釜體類型及特征尺寸。經(jīng)最終核算所需還原反應(yīng)釜的尺寸如下,釜體積4 m3,筒體直徑1400mm,封頭內(nèi)徑1400mm,筒體高度2715mm,夾套直徑1500mm,夾套高度1800mm,采用300轉(zhuǎn)/分的推進式攪拌器。選用釜體所能承受的壓力為3.2Mpa。

Process design of workshop with an annual output of 1000 tons of o-toluidine
——Hydrogenation reactor design
Abstract: O-toluidine is an important intermediates of pesticides, dyes and medicine. In this paper, the nature, uses, production methods, market prospects and development trends of o-toluidine were described. The production technology with an annual output of 1000 tons of o-toluidine was determined. In this process, toluene as raw materials first reacted with mixed acid (nitric acid and sulfuric acid), then through washing by water, continuous distillation, hydrogenation,and finally, the o-toluidine was obtained. I was responsible for the design of reduction reactor. According to mass balance and energy balance, the type and feature size of hydrogenation reactor were determined: Kettle volume is 4m3, cylinder diameter is 1400mm, head diameter is 1400mm, height of the cylinder is 2715mm,jacket diameter is 1500 mm, jacket height is 1800 mm, the use of 300 switch / sub-advance-beater. Selection Kettle body can bear the pressure is 3.2 MPa.
