摘 要 ：液體洗滌劑是重要的化工產(chǎn)品。本文綜述了液體洗滌劑的性質(zhì)、用途、主要生產(chǎn)方法、市場前景及發(fā)展趨勢，主要探索了年產(chǎn)2000噸液體洗滌劑的工藝設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)中選用間歇生產(chǎn)方法，以非離子表面活性劑和陰離子表面活性劑為主要原料，配加多種輔助助劑，經(jīng)乳化，冷卻后制得液體洗滌劑。本文主要承擔(dān)冷卻罐的設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)物料衡算和熱量衡算，對冷卻罐工藝尺寸進(jìn)行計(jì)算，從而能夠在適當(dāng)?shù)墓に嚄l件下實(shí)現(xiàn)液體洗滌劑的生產(chǎn)。

The Process Design of Liquid Detergent of 2,000 Cubic Metre Per Year
—The desingn of cooling tank
Abstract: The liquid detergent is the important product of chemical industry.The property、usage、productive methods、market prospects and the development tendency of liquid detergent are mainly introduced in this paper .The process design liquid detergent of 2000 tons per year is explored .Adopted traditional intermittent production method,liquid detergent was perpard using nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant as mainly raw material,adding many auxiliary agent by emulsifying and cooling.It is mainly responsible for the design of the cooling tank,According to material balance and energy balance results,the size of the cooling tank were calculated to achieve a production of liquid detergent in the appropriate conditions.
