年產(chǎn)5萬噸鎂鉻磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
在鋼鐵工業(yè),繼之在玻璃,水泥等行業(yè)的熱工設(shè)備上廣為采用,鎂鉻系耐火材料成為了最重要的堿性耐火材料。鎂鉻磚屬堿性耐火制品,以方鎂石和鎂鉻尖晶石為主晶相,在氧化氣氛中于1600~1800℃燒成,也可用水玻璃等化學(xué)結(jié)合劑制成不燒磚,主要包括直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚、半再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚以及普通鎂鉻磚等。其中的普通鎂鉻磚耐火度高、抗堿性爐渣侵蝕性強(qiáng)、熱震穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良、高溫結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度高。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要產(chǎn)品為直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚,其中MGe-8的產(chǎn)量為20000噸, MGe-12的產(chǎn)量為30000噸。本設(shè)計(jì)敘述了鎂鉻磚耐火材料的使用條件及其生產(chǎn)工藝?yán)碚摶A(chǔ),輔助原料的要求、加工處理方法、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、物料平衡計(jì)算結(jié)果、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選型計(jì)算以及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)檢查系統(tǒng)的說明和本設(shè)計(jì)主要特點(diǎn)。

The design of 50,000 tons magnesium-chromium brick’s workshop
Abstract
In the steel industry, followed by the glass, cement and other industries widely used thermal equipment, magnesia chrome refractories has become the most important basic refractories. Magnesia-chrome brick is alkaline refractory products to periclase and magnesium chrome spinel-based crystalline phase, firing in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1600 ~ 1800 ℃, water glass can also be made without chemical binders brick, mainly including direct binding magnesia-chrome brick, magnesia-chrome brick semi-combined and magnesium chrome ordinary bricks. One of ordinary magnesia-chrome brick high refractoriness, anti alkaline slag erosion resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature structural strength. The main product of this design is directly bonded magnesia-chrome brick, which yields MGe-8 was 20,000 tons, production MGe-12 was 30,000 tons. This design describes the theoretical basis for the use of the conditions and production processes, auxiliary materials requirements magnesia-chrome refractory bricks, the selection method of calculation processing, production processes, material balance calculations, production equipment and production technology inspection system the description and the design of the main characteristics.
