摘 要
塑料成型加工是將塑料原料轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹破返年P(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。塑料成型加工及其模具技術(shù)是一門(mén)不斷發(fā)展的綜合學(xué)科,不僅隨著高分子材料合成技術(shù)的提高、成型設(shè)備的革新、成型工藝的成熟而進(jìn)步,而且隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)等在塑料成型加工領(lǐng)域的滲透而發(fā)展。本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)模具的研究和工廠實(shí)地考察研究,分析模具結(jié)構(gòu),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)確定方案。主要研究的是塑料模的材料選取,注射機(jī)的應(yīng)用,型腔布局與分型面設(shè)計(jì),澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),成型零件設(shè)計(jì),模架的選用,合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),注射機(jī)校核,由此設(shè)計(jì)出保溫杯注塑模。

Insulation Cup Injection Mold Design
Abstract
The key link of changing plastic raw materials into products is the plastics molding process. Plastic processing and mold technology is an evolving integrated subject. Not only with the improving synthesis technology of the polymeric materials, the innovations of the molding equipments, the maturity of processing technology to make progress , but also with the infiltration of computer technology, numerical simulation technology and so on in the field of plastics molding process to access development. The design through the study of mold and the factory-site study, to analysis the mold structure, meanwhile,drawing on the experiences in the design of programs of scholars from home and abroad to determine the program. Major study is the materials selection of the plastic molds, the application of injection machine, the layout of cavity and the design of regional type, the design of gating system, the design of cooling system, the design of prototyping parts, die-selection, mold design-oriented institutions, the design of ejection mechanism, the check of injection machine, then we can design the injection mold of insulation cup.
