眾所周知,“實(shí)踐是檢驗(yàn)真理的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)在人類(lèi)認(rèn)識(shí)和探索自
然規(guī)律的過(guò)程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,可以說(shuō)沒(méi)有實(shí)驗(yàn)就沒(méi)有現(xiàn)代科學(xué)。液壓傳
動(dòng)技術(shù)是機(jī)械類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的一門(mén)基礎(chǔ)課程。液壓教學(xué)實(shí)踐表明,該課程只有通過(guò)理論
和實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方式教學(xué)才能取得良好的教學(xué)效果。為了滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)代化液壓教學(xué)的
要求,本文提出了一種基于PLC控制的多功能液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。根據(jù)該液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)
的用途,設(shè)計(jì)了液壓系統(tǒng)的總體方案,并將液壓仿真軟件成功用于該實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),最
后設(shè)計(jì)出實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制程序。該多功能液壓教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)在液壓教學(xué)方面有著廣泛的
應(yīng)用前景。
本論文對(duì)傳統(tǒng)型與現(xiàn)代型液壓綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研究現(xiàn)狀做了全面的綜述,對(duì)液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了詳細(xì)的分析,并對(duì)液壓教學(xué)中常用的液壓元件和基本液壓回路的組成和原理進(jìn)行了詳盡的理論分析、總結(jié),為多功能液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的液壓回路設(shè)計(jì)奠定了可靠的理論基礎(chǔ),也為仿真軟件的應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。利用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思想對(duì)多功能液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的液壓回路進(jìn)行分塊設(shè)計(jì)。將各模塊優(yōu)化組合,設(shè)計(jì)出多功能液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的液壓回路原理圖,并對(duì)其功能進(jìn)行了詳盡的說(shuō)明。
液壓綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)包括電控、液控等,它的設(shè)計(jì)與制造將極大的緩解現(xiàn)有實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備短缺和落后的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)電液控綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)在整個(gè)液壓教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中將發(fā)揮很大的作用,是液壓教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中不可缺少的重要組成部分。本論文重點(diǎn)敘述了液壓綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)組成和元件設(shè)置。從各方面分析與其它實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的不同點(diǎn),突出它的綜合性,其最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是可以在一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上做多種實(shí)驗(yàn),所做實(shí)驗(yàn)各元件和管路可由實(shí)驗(yàn)操作者自行設(shè)計(jì)、連接。設(shè)計(jì)主要圍繞實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的實(shí)驗(yàn)原理 以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)而展開(kāi),然后輔以電氣控制硬件部分的設(shè)計(jì)。
