課題的簡(jiǎn)介:本課題是:2SA3.1電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)是對(duì)閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)中最終控制元件的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行控制的一種裝置。適用于多圈調(diào)節(jié)型閥門,其派生產(chǎn)品,可適用于部分回轉(zhuǎn),執(zhí)行程類調(diào)節(jié)閥門,它可以準(zhǔn)確地按控制指令對(duì)系統(tǒng)工況的介質(zhì)的壓力,溫度和流量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),因而是實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制的必不可少的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,可廣泛用于電站,石化,冶金,公共事業(yè)等等。XHA765臥式加工中心是一種帶有二個(gè)交換工作臺(tái)的自動(dòng)化程度較高的數(shù)字控制式機(jī)床。該機(jī)床采用日本FANUC SERIES O-MC系統(tǒng),具有對(duì)X、Y、Z和B軸及M軸的數(shù)控,其中X、Y、Z軸具有三軸聯(lián)動(dòng)功能,B軸為分度控制,M軸用作刀庫(kù)旋轉(zhuǎn)的控制,機(jī)床與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)之間的邏輯控制是通過(guò)內(nèi)裝O-MC系統(tǒng)中的可編程器PMC-MODEL M實(shí)現(xiàn)。顯示部分采用14”彩色CRT顯示器。具有圖形顯示及軟操作鍵功能,該機(jī)配有FANUC全鍵式機(jī)床操作面板,操作靈活,維修方便。本機(jī)床的X、Y、Z坐標(biāo)采用日本FANUC公司生產(chǎn)的數(shù)字化交流伺服電機(jī)(20S/1500)及相應(yīng)的交流伺服單元控制,位置反饋元件為2500脈沖轉(zhuǎn)的冒充編碼器,從而組成了一個(gè)具有螺距誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)陌腴]環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)本機(jī)床具有B坐標(biāo)分度控制功能,B工作臺(tái)的最小分度單位為1,采用日本FANUC 5X型數(shù)字化交流伺服電機(jī)及相應(yīng)的交流伺服單元控制,位置反饋元件為2000脈沖/轉(zhuǎn)的脈沖編碼器由數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),靠鼠牙盤機(jī)械定位。本機(jī)床還配有一個(gè)60把刀具容量的鏈?zhǔn)降稁?kù),采用日本FANUC 5S型數(shù)字化交流伺服電機(jī)及相應(yīng)的交流伺服單元控制。位置反饋元件為2000脈沖/裝的脈沖編碼器,通過(guò)O-MC系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)裝PMC-MODEEL M進(jìn)行固定刀位式雙向近程找刀,還刀控制。本機(jī)床的主軸由FANUC-12型主軸電機(jī)及相應(yīng)的主軸伺服單元控制,具有自動(dòng)換檔無(wú)級(jí)換檔變速及主軸定向功能。本機(jī)床還配有定時(shí)定量導(dǎo)軌潤(rùn)滑,刀具冷卻,工件噴淋清晰及排削裝置,這些裝置均由PMC-MODEL
