超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺的設(shè)計
摘要:多年以來國產(chǎn)的數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺都有著剛性不足,在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中承載能力差的弱點。主要是因為傳動鏈的最后一環(huán)的蝸桿蝸輪機(jī)構(gòu)品質(zhì)低劣,與國際上高品質(zhì)的蝸桿蝸輪副相去甚遠(yuǎn)。本文以超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動作為傳動的最后一環(huán),它的傳動比大,傳動效率高,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。從而在輸出相同扭矩和傳動比的情況下體積小,同時通過大的傳動比來提高數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺的剛度和承載能力。通過此設(shè)計我們發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺所能承載的扭矩大大提高。

The design of Super-toroidal drive NC rotary table
Abstract:Over the years, the NC rotary table has insufficient rigidity of the bearing during rotation of the weakness of poor. Mainly because the transmission chain of the last part of the worm gear institutions of inferior quality, and high-quality international vice far cry from the Worm..In this paper, super-toroidal drive as part of the final drive, and its transmission ratio, transmission efficiency, compact structure. Thus the output torque and gear ratio the same case of small size, while driving through the large NC rotary table than to increase the stiffness and load capacity. With this design we found that the NC rotary table bearing torque can be greatly increased.
