正反觀點,A debate on the “Advantages and disadvantages of students attending academic competitions” was carried out last Thursday in our school. Those who support it hold the views that such competitions can stimulate their interest in a specific subject, promote their understanding of the subject and foster their spirit to explore.,參加學(xué)科競賽的利與弊,However, those who are against it argued that academic competitions are disturbing their normal studies, which will leads to unbalanced learning and frustration. Some students may even suffer from physical and mental problems because of unbearable pressure to win the contest. From the debate we learned that every coin has two sides and we should deal with things appropriately.,Should students make friends on line? Some people say yes, who think that the Internet helps make friends on line so that students can express their feelings and opinions more freely and its helpful to their foreign language studies. Others， however, dont think so. They say making friends on line is a waste of time, which should be spent on study; besides, they may get cheated online. Some agree that we should carry out the project because it can solve some traffic problems and make our life convenient and comfortable.,Besides, it helps promote the economy and improve peoples living environment as well as the image of Huizhou as a modern tourist city in the northeast of Guangdong province. But others believe that the construction work may cause air pollution and traffic jams may appear now and then. Whats worse, the noise produced by the work will disturb peoples peaceful life.
