2019-2020年（直擊高考）高考英語 語法重難點系列 專題03 連詞before的用法在時間狀語從句里面，連詞before是出現(xiàn)頻率很高的一個詞。下面是其常見的考點：1. It was long before從句 過了好久才It wasnt long before從句 沒過多久就It will be long before從句 要過好久才It wont be long before從句 過不了多久就1）It was long before they came to help us. 過了好久他們才來幫我們。2）It wasnt long before we worked out the plan. 沒過多久我們就把計劃制定出來了。3） It will be long before my father makes me a paper flower.要過好久我爸才會給我做紙花。4） It wont be long before you are sure to see him. 過不了多久你們肯定就看見他了。還要注意其變體！ 1) 句型中的long可以換成 確數(shù)詞，即指具體的時間。如： a. It was five years before he came back. 過了五年他才回來。 b. It wasnt three days before you changed your mind. 還沒過三天你就改變主意了。 c. It will be three periods before school is over. 要過三節(jié)課才會放學(xué)。 d. It wont be one minute before you feel regretful . 過不了一分鐘你就會覺得后悔的。2) 句型中的long 可以換成概數(shù)詞，即用時間名詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式。如： a. It was weeks before I met her. 過了好幾個星期我才遇到她。 b. It wasnt hours before they acplished their task. 沒過幾個小時他們就完成了任務(wù)。 c. It will be months before I go to see my grandma. 要過幾個月我才會去看我姥姥。 d. It wont be days before they return your books. 過不了幾天他們就會還你書的。3) 句型中的be可以換成take (花費)。如： a. It took us long before we got on well with each other. 我們花了很久的時間才融洽相處。 b. It didnt take hours before we finished our wall paper. 還沒有花幾個小時我們就完成了墻報。 c. It will take me half a day before I remember these words. 要花我半天的時間才會記住這些單詞。d. It wont take us long before we live our dream.花不了我們多久時間就能實現(xiàn)我們的夢想。 4) 對句中的long部分提問用how long. 如： a. How long was it before you came back yesterday ? 你們昨天過了好久才回來？b. How long did it take before he pleted his novel? 花了他多久寫完他的小說？c. How long will it be before you go to visit him? 要過多久你才會去看他？d.How long will it take her before she finishes her design? 要花她多久才完成設(shè)計？ 2.before I could do,(還沒來得及就)a. Before I could get in a word, the tailor had measured me. 我還沒來得及插話，那裁縫就已給我量了。b. He had run away before I could give him money. 我還沒來得及給他錢，他就跑了。c. He had hung off before I could answer the phone. 我還沒來得及接電話他就掛了。d.
