模具產業(yè)日新月異，隨著模具工藝的改善和逐步的精簡，模具向著產業(yè)化方向進一步發(fā)展。日趨完善的產業(yè)鏈促使模具向著規(guī)模化集群化方向發(fā)展。這推動了一個產業(yè)的發(fā)展，包括：上游產業(yè)（一些原材料產業(yè)），中游產業(yè)（模具生產）和下游產業(yè)(模具的消費產業(yè))。
本文通過用CAD/CAM軟件對文件盒進行注塑模具的設計。先用SolidWorks對塑件進行3D建模，考慮到塑件的工作環(huán)境和材料經濟性，此處文件盒選用聚丙烯（PP塑料），在確認過模具的結構后用CAD軟件繪制模具的總裝圖和重要零件圖。
對于注塑機的選擇，參照《塑料成型工藝與模具設計》一書中的選擇方式，先選出
注塑機XS-ZY-500，再對注射機進行參數(shù)校核。
通過本篇設計說明書中的設計，通過圖紙和零件結構的設計和計算，能夠及時地發(fā)現(xiàn)產品的問題，從而能夠準確地指導生產，從而提高生產效率。

Abstract
Mold industry with each passing day, as the improvement of the mold process and gradually streamlining, mold to the further development of industrialization of direction. Improvement towards large-scale clustering of industrial chain to die. It promotes the development of an industry, including: the upstream industry (some raw materials industry), middle (mold production) and downstream industry consumption industry (mould).
In this paper, by using CAD/CAM software for injection mold design file box. With SolidWorks 3 d modeling was carried out on the plastic parts, considering the plastic pieces in the working environment and material economy, where the file box choose polypropylene (PP) plastic, after confirm the structure of the mould CAD software draw the final assembly drawing mould and important part drawing.
For the choice of injection molding machine, reference book of plastic forming technology and die design of choice, to choose first XS-ZY-500,The injection machine parameters checking again.
Through this design the design specification, and by drawing and parts of the structure of the design and calculation, the product can be found in a timely manner, so that they can accurately guide the production, so as to improve production efficiency.
