摘 要
隨著我國的城市化迅速發(fā)展，城市面積迅速減少，人均住房面積降低，人們對房間的利用率也跟著上升，房屋的室內高處也被充分地利用。越來越多的人們選擇在高處儲物，裝飾，物品的高處放置及裝修成為日常生活的一大難題。為了解決這一問題，便需要一種家用可移式升降平臺，能夠代替梯子，通過起升方便安全的幫助人們完成一些諸如安裝電燈泡、刷墻等高空作業(yè)；并且可以做到運送物品的作用。
升降機應用廣泛，本課題將研究設計可移式升降平臺，解決人們日常裝修、物品安放問題。設計出一個具有一定剛度和強度，起升高度可調的結構。由于該項目適用于家庭生活的研究，所以設計應符合經濟合理的要求，遵循輕、實用、經濟、美觀的原則。本次設計的重點是將升降結構簡化和驅動的優(yōu)化，將采用剪叉式升降機構，降低復雜性，力求簡單明了。升降結構由主動桿，連桿組成，通過伺服電機驅動液壓缸，從而主動桿轉動,帶動連桿轉動,進而實現工作平臺的升降。升降系統(tǒng)采用液壓回路，去除多余原件，降低能量的耗損。同時裝配小車，便于移動。

Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization in china, the urban area is decreasing rapidly, the per capital housing area is reduced, and the utilization rate of the room is also rising.More people choose to put on the high places of storage, decoration, objects and decoration become a major problem in daily life.In order to solve the issue, we need a household portable lifting platform, which can replace the ladder, by lifting the convenient and safe installation to help people accomplish such as light bulbs, paint and other high-altitude operations; and it can move
materials.
Elevators are widely used. This paper will study the design of movable lifting platform to solve the problems of people's daily decoration,to design a height adjustable structure with a certain stiffness and strength.Because the project is applied to the study of family life, so the design should be economic and reasonable, follow the roles of light, practical, economic, aesthetic .The focus of this design is to simplify the structure of the lift and drive optimization, the use of scissors type lifting mechanism, reduce complexity, and to strive to be concise and clear..The lifting structure is composed of an active rod and a connecting rod, and the hydraulic cylinder is driven by a servo motor, so that the driving rod rotates and drives the connecting rod to rotate. Lifting system uses hydraulic circuit, to remove redundant original,and reduce energy lose。The lifting platform assembles the car, easy to move.
