摘 要
離合器在機械傳動系中是作為一個獨立的總成而存在的,它是汽車傳動系中直接與發(fā)動機相連接的總成。汽車從啟動到行駛的整個過程中,經(jīng)常需要使用離合器。它的作用是使發(fā)動機與變速器之間的組件接合,從而保證汽車平穩(wěn)起步;暫時切斷發(fā)動機與變速器之間的聯(lián)系,以便于換擋和減少換擋的沖擊;當汽車緊急制動時能起到分離的作用,防止變速器等傳動系統(tǒng)過載,起到一定的保護作用。
本次所設計的離合器是膜片彈簧離合器,此設計說明書以SF2310-4時風低速貨車為本次設計的參照車型。說明了輕型貨車膜片彈簧離合器的結構形式,參數(shù)以及計算過程,按照離合器系統(tǒng)的設計步驟和要求,對摩擦片外徑D進行確定,離合器后備系數(shù)β進行確定,單位壓力P0進行確定,以及從動盤設計,包括從動片設計和從動盤轂進行設計,主動部分的設計,包括壓盤、離合器蓋設計、彈性從動片設計,其中離合器蓋的設計只是簡單的設計,操縱機構的設計是大體上計算出踏板的行程、踏板力是否符合人體工程學要求。
