儀控專業(yè)設(shè)計用規(guī)范匯總（2008-0版08.08.11）一、 總說明:本匯編針對中海油海洋工程設(shè)計實踐，對儀控專業(yè)設(shè)計用到的規(guī)范進行了整理分類；同時，對有關(guān)材料、建造、測試、安裝等環(huán)節(jié)，也提供了常用的規(guī)范；并對設(shè)計中用到的輔助設(shè)計規(guī)范也進行了列舉。各規(guī)范使用中如存在沖突現(xiàn)象，其遵循的主次原則依次為：（1） 國家法律法規(guī)（2） 業(yè)主要求遵循的規(guī)范（3） 總體系統(tǒng)規(guī)范和現(xiàn)場儀表規(guī)范（4） 在總體系統(tǒng)規(guī)范、現(xiàn)場儀表規(guī)范未盡事宜，參考使用其他規(guī)范。各標準發(fā)布單位及其縮寫：（1） SETC，中華人民共和國國家經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易委員會（2） Q/HS， 中國海洋石油總公司企業(yè)標準（3） SY/T， 中華人民共和國石油天然氣行業(yè)標準（4） API， American Petroleum Institute（5） ASTM， American Society for Testing and Materials （6） ASME , American Society of Mechanical Engineers（7） ISO, International Standard Organization（8） ANSI, American National Standards Institute（9） ISA, Instrument Society of America （10） IEC, International Electrotechnical Commission （11） IEEE, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers （12） NFPA, National Fire Protection Association （13） NEMA, National Electrical Manufactures Association（14） NEC, National Electrical Code（15） AGA, American Gas Association（16） BS（17） EN （18）設(shè)計者在使用過程中應(yīng)注意以下幾點事項：（1） 對?？偟韧捎玫膰H規(guī)范，正文只列國際規(guī)范。（2） 在可查范圍內(nèi)，下列大多規(guī)范所列是最新版本，使用者應(yīng)注意及時收集版本更新信息，如發(fā)現(xiàn)本文有誤請及時通知編者修訂規(guī)范名稱或版本號。（3） 本匯編同時所附的各規(guī)范電子文件，由于資源和成本的限制，部分規(guī)范缺漏或版本不能完全匹配，使用者應(yīng)注意收集并協(xié)助編者完善補充。二、 國家法律法規(guī)（1） 海上固定平臺安全規(guī)則，SETC，(2000)（2） 海上移動平臺入級與建造規(guī)范 （2005）（3） 海上移動平臺安全規(guī)則 （1992）（4） 中華人民共和國環(huán)境保護法 (1989)（5） 中華人民共和國海洋環(huán)境保護法（2000）（6） 國家標準GB三、 總體系統(tǒng)規(guī)范（1） API RP 14CRecommended Practice for Analysis, Design, Installation and Testing of Basic Surface Safety Systems on Offshore Production Platforms. 7th March.2001（2） API RP 14G Recommended Practice for Fire Prevention and Control on Open Type Offshore Production Platform Edition:4,2007（3） API RP 14F Recommended Practice for Design and Installation for Electrical Systems for Offshore Production Platforms.
