摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)是塑料注塑模具設(shè)計(jì),注塑件為帶有外螺紋的指示燈罩,其中的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容有零件的工藝性編制:塑件的工藝性分析、塑件的體積和質(zhì)量計(jì)算及注射機(jī)參數(shù)的確定;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì):分型面選擇、型腔數(shù)確定、澆口設(shè)計(jì)、推出及復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)方式確定;型芯、型腔尺寸計(jì)算;模具加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng)計(jì)算;斜滑塊行程和外形設(shè)計(jì);注射機(jī)有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核。塑件尺寸較小,采用一模兩腔,雙分型面注射結(jié)構(gòu),把第一分型面選擇在塑件水平投影最大的截面上,第二分型面選擇在下端外螺紋上。斜滑塊裝置外側(cè)分型,同時(shí)完成塑件的推出動(dòng)作。澆口位置設(shè)置在塑件下端,不影響外觀。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠。最后對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機(jī)的匹配進(jìn)行了校核,并用CAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。

ABSTRACT
plastic injection molding would be the mould design. Injection molding parts is a lampshade with external thread. Content for the design includes technic compilation for component, technics analysis for injection molding, calculation of volumn and quanlity for injection molding and confirmation for specification for injection molding machine. Structural design includes alternative joint face, cavities confirmation, mould gate design, confirmation for pushout and reset design. Calculation for mold core, impression, size. Calculation for moulding with cooling and heatening.Technology trip and outlook design. Proofread for relative specification of Injection mold machine. Size of mold part would be relatively small, adopting double cavity mould and structure of biparting surface injection, making the first parting surface choose to be above section of horizontal projection of mold part and making the second part surface at external thread. Angled-lift splits part outward, meanwhile, finishing pushout of mold part. Pouring gate woule be set to be underneath mold part ,which does not effect the outlook so that the structure could garauntee operation of the mould. Last but not least, the matching of structure of mould and injection machine would be proofreaded and assembliy drawing and detail drawing for a full set of mould would be made by CAD.
