摘要:隨著我國(guó)的工業(yè)高速發(fā)展,天然氣已成為石油化工、冶金、城市燃?xì)獾确矫娴闹匾匣蛉剂?,天然氣球罐作為存?chǔ)設(shè)備在我國(guó)已得到廣泛使用。球形儲(chǔ)罐是一種常見(jiàn)的、基礎(chǔ)簡(jiǎn)單、設(shè)計(jì)方便、應(yīng)用廣泛的有壓存儲(chǔ)容器。此次天然氣球罐的總體設(shè)計(jì)分為設(shè)計(jì)選材和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。球罐殼體材料選用國(guó)產(chǎn)16MnR,它具有良好的焊接性能,能較好的保證球罐的焊接質(zhì)量;球罐的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包含了球殼的設(shè)計(jì)、支柱與拉桿的設(shè)計(jì)以及球罐附件的設(shè)計(jì)。
計(jì)算部分是本次天然氣球罐設(shè)計(jì)中的重點(diǎn),也是難點(diǎn),它分為球罐結(jié)構(gòu)排板計(jì)算和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。球罐采用混合式結(jié)構(gòu),排板計(jì)算出各板塊的尺寸是對(duì)球罐結(jié)構(gòu)的具體確定;強(qiáng)度計(jì)算中需要對(duì)球罐進(jìn)行校核,校核包括支柱穩(wěn)定性校核、支柱與球殼連接校核;設(shè)計(jì)中各部分校核都必須合格,從而保障設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)合理性。
完成了球罐各部分的計(jì)算之后,參照相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)球罐附件進(jìn)行選用和設(shè)置。待球罐各組成部分都確定了,最后,制定球罐的焊接及制造工藝,對(duì)各部件進(jìn)行焊接組裝。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的天然氣球罐,由于天然氣是一種易燃易爆的氣體,其儲(chǔ)存容器必須是無(wú)滲漏。因而,在設(shè)計(jì)中還必須嚴(yán)格對(duì)球罐進(jìn)行壓力試驗(yàn)和氣密性試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)都必須合格,這樣,設(shè)計(jì)的球罐猜符合要求,才能保證球罐的使用安全。
