[摘 要] 混凝土砌塊是目前新型墻體應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種,混凝土砌塊成型疊放在小型叉車(chē)上后,由于小型叉車(chē)的震動(dòng),會(huì)使剛成型的砌塊破碎或裂紋,造成大量廢品。若人工的拖拉疊放的砌塊耗時(shí)較大。本課題的可旋轉(zhuǎn)升降軌道用擺渡車(chē)就是解決企業(yè)現(xiàn)存這一問(wèn)題中的這個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),磚塊由升板機(jī)疊放在升降軌道車(chē)上后,擺渡車(chē)會(huì)自動(dòng)、準(zhǔn)確地將旋轉(zhuǎn)升降軌道車(chē)運(yùn)送到料場(chǎng)的各個(gè)軌道,實(shí)現(xiàn)送車(chē)到位、對(duì)軌準(zhǔn)確、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),并與生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)相配套以及提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的目的。本設(shè)計(jì)包括車(chē)架、行走裝置、電路控制三大部分。
