摘要：通過強(qiáng)度計(jì)算分析，認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有GW-40彎曲機(jī)的大部分零件有較大的設(shè)計(jì)裕量，需要改變個(gè)別零部件及電動(dòng)機(jī)功率即可大幅度提高加工能力滿足ф40鋼筋的彎曲加工。還可升級(jí)為GW-50鋼筋彎曲機(jī)。
GW-40型半自動(dòng)鋼筋彎曲機(jī)適用于彎曲Φ6-Φ40毫米鋼筋之用，本機(jī)的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用全封閉式，變速桿換擋，可使工作盤得到兩種轉(zhuǎn)速，鋼筋的彎曲角度由工作盤側(cè)面的擋塊調(diào)節(jié)，機(jī)械部分通過電器控制實(shí)現(xiàn)半自動(dòng)。
