系統(tǒng)控制方案簡(jiǎn)介

? 超喂電機(jī)控制簡(jiǎn)介
精密卷繞過(guò)程中紗線(xiàn)線(xiàn)速度肯定大于紗筒退繞線(xiàn)速度,張力值也因此增大,而過(guò)大的張力不但得不到優(yōu)質(zhì)紗筒,而且會(huì)增加紗線(xiàn)的斷頭,降低生產(chǎn)效率。因此,本方案采用了所謂“超喂”的辦法,即送出紗線(xiàn)的速度大于卷取紗線(xiàn)的速度,將紗線(xiàn)卷繞時(shí)筒子“硬拖”紗線(xiàn)的狀況改變成緩和地卷取紗線(xiàn)的狀況,從而減少斷頭,獲得滿(mǎn)意的松式卷繞筒子。紗線(xiàn)在超喂?jié)L筒上環(huán)繞的圈數(shù)取決于超喂量的大小,一般的超喂量控制值在1.02~1.06(一圈情況下)之間。
