Abstract：In this paper, the structure, the function and the characteristic of the coldly flushes mold are introduced. Further ,the craft of the coldly flushes mold and the platoon type are analyzed, each part of crafts strength computation, as well as the choice of ramming equipment.The calculate of the elastic part and the choice of the mold frameworke specifically, Reasonable craft analysis is carried for primary spare parts. And the best design scheme is determined after analyzing several schemes. Theoretical values are calculated for main operating machines. The main working forces are examined and the dimension and tolerance of the cutting edges for the raised and concave die are determined correctly.
