摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為油箱蓋沖壓模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了拉深類零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強了設(shè)計者復(fù)合模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的復(fù)合模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
通過分析制件的工藝性可確定制件的成形加工需要一副復(fù)合模具完成。復(fù)合模是指沖床在一次行程中，完成落料、拉深、沖孔等多個工序的一種模具結(jié)構(gòu)。相對其他冷沖壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)而言，它具有以下一些優(yōu)點：①工件同軸度較好，表面平直，尺寸精度較高； ②生產(chǎn)效率高，受條料外形尺寸的精度限制較小。但需考慮的問題是：模具零部件加工制造比較困難，成本較高，并且凸凹模容易受到最小壁厚的限制
