摘要：模具是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛的優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、低耗、適應(yīng)性很強的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)或稱成型工具、成型工裝產(chǎn)品，是技術(shù)含量高、附加值高、使用廣泛的新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，是價值很高的社會財富。
本課題的主要任務(wù)是紡機搖架后支架的沖壓工藝和模具設(shè)計。因為是紡機上的重要部件，精度要求比較高。采取的工藝方案是先落料—沖孔復(fù)合沖壓，然后再彎曲，采用復(fù)合模生產(chǎn)。設(shè)計的過程是：首先進行工藝方案的論證和各種參數(shù)的計算，確定模具各主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸，進行刃口尺寸的計算和相關(guān)件的強度校核；查閱相關(guān)書籍，選取模具的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件；然后根據(jù)計算的參數(shù)繪制模具裝配圖和非標(biāo)零件圖，再撰寫說明書。
