摘要
在對(duì)隔板零件進(jìn)行工藝分析后，得到該隔板零件的工藝方和相關(guān)的尺寸。通過(guò)查相應(yīng)的手冊(cè)確定該模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)及相應(yīng)的工作零件案為沖孔、落料級(jí)進(jìn)模。應(yīng)用CAD、Pro/E等模具設(shè)計(jì)軟件確定毛坯的幾何形狀、各個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，同時(shí)也確定了模具工作零件的材料及加工藝方法。從而完成了該模具的設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
After carrying on the craft and analysing to the part of the baffle, get the craft sides of this baffle of parts and relevant size. Confirm through checking the corresponding manual that ensemble architecture and corresponding job part case of this mould enter the mould in order to wash holes , blanking grade. Use mold design software , such as CAD , Pro/E ,etc. to confirm the geometry form of the blank , physical dimension of each standard component , confirm mould work the material of the part and process the skill method too at the same time. Thus finished the design of this mould .
