土豆切絲機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)【蔬菜切絲機(jī)】
摘 要
近幾年來,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外土豆絲市場(chǎng)需求量的不斷增加,我國(guó)一些地方也相繼對(duì)土豆切絲機(jī)械化方面進(jìn)行一些研究。目前,我國(guó)土豆絲的加工仍然采用半自動(dòng)化或人工的方法。這種加工方法既浪費(fèi)大量的人力、物力,而且在操作過程中也存在極大的安全隱患,并且勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,生產(chǎn)效率低,加工的土豆絲不均勻。
為此,本文研究一種成本低,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,操作方便,省時(shí)、省力、安全、生產(chǎn)率高的土豆切絲機(jī)。
土豆是人體所必需的一種食品,而且食用方法多樣。所以要把土豆加工成各種形狀(如:條狀、片狀等等),單單靠人工來完成既費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力而且也不好加工。目前,多功能切菜機(jī)多為價(jià)格昂貴的大型設(shè)備,不適用于農(nóng)民個(gè)體生產(chǎn)及小型工廠的食品加工;為克服這種缺點(diǎn),我查閱了大量相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,通過對(duì)各種小型切菜機(jī)性能的分析及比較,經(jīng)過理論計(jì)算及校核,設(shè)計(jì)了一種小型多功能切菜機(jī)。該機(jī)主要由進(jìn)料斗、下料斗、切削刀及刀片、及動(dòng)力源――電動(dòng)機(jī)組成,工作原理主要是利用土豆的自由落體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)料,通過切削刀旋轉(zhuǎn)將下料斗中的蔬菜進(jìn)行切片、切絲,最后成品由出料口出料。該機(jī)將原有的多功能切菜機(jī)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了能夠連續(xù)進(jìn)料和出料,片厚度、絲粗細(xì)調(diào)的功能,具有生產(chǎn)率高、功耗低、安全可靠、加工質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
