某型汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與分析
摘要:在當(dāng)今社會(huì)中,汽車越來(lái)越受到人們的青睞,為了出行方便,基本上家家戶戶都擁有了各種款式不同的小轎車,可見汽車在未來(lái)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的重要性和必要性,而且,人們對(duì)汽車的安全性和智能性的要求也不斷的提升,安全性的需求主要體現(xiàn)在汽車在路面上行駛的安全,各種操作機(jī)構(gòu)的安全可靠性,以及制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性。此次設(shè)計(jì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器,通過選擇轉(zhuǎn)向系的方案,確定轉(zhuǎn)向系的性能參數(shù),計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)向器的齒輪齒條強(qiáng)度和轉(zhuǎn)向器的角傳動(dòng)比等參數(shù)以及確定齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的布置形式,并進(jìn)行其強(qiáng)度校核,最后通過使用三維繪圖軟件solidworks繪制出設(shè)計(jì)合理的齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器,并挑選其中的主要零件使用CAD繪制出二維圖。齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器在汽車中的使用狀況比較大眾化,期望經(jīng)此次設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器起到優(yōu)化效果,以滿足用戶的使用需求。

The design of rack and pinion steering, the steering system scheme, determine the spin To the performance of the system parameters calculated steering gear rack strength and steering device of angle transmission ratio parameters and determine the rack and pinion steering arrangement of the internal structure, and check its strength. Finally, the use of 3D Drawing Software Solidworks draw the reasonable design of gear rack type steering gear, and pick one of the main parts of the use of CAD drawing a two-dimensional diagram.
