Unit 7 Its raining 第二課時 Section A (Grammar Focus~3b) 【學習目標】 1.會讀寫本課時重點單詞、短語。 2.能運用句型:(1)—Hows the weather?/Whats the weather like?—Its raining.(2)—What are you doing?—Im watching TV. 3.學會關注生活、關心他人。 【學習重點】 學會談論天氣。 【學習難點】 學會當描述動作行為時,動詞適當變形。 【學習提示】 Ask some questions by showing some pictures. Task 1 【學習提示】 Review the words,phrases and sentences on P39.Then students read together. 【學法指導】 —Hows the weather?天氣怎么樣? —Its cloudy./Its sunny./Its raining.多云/晴朗/正在下雨。 【用法】How is the weather?是詢問天氣狀況的用法,相當于What is the weather like?其中weather是不可數(shù)名詞。 Task 2 【學習提示】 1.Finish 3a by themselves. 2.Work on 3a according to a survey. 【學法指導】 1.Hows it going?情況怎么樣? 【用法】Hows it going?通常用來詢問別人的身體、學習、工作、假日、近況等,后面可跟介詞短語with sb./sth.。情景導入 生成問題 Teacher:We do different activities in different weather.Now,please look at the pictures and answer the questions: How is the weather there? What is he/she doing there? What are they doing there? How is it going? Now,please talk about the weather and what they are doing in the pictures with your partner. 自學互研 生成能力 Task 1 Lets read new words,phrases and sentences. 1.I can read.(我會讀) again,weather,cloudy,raining,sunny,cooking,right now 2.I can translate.(我會譯) 漢譯英。 見所贈光盤 3.I can summarize.(我會總結) (1)一般現(xiàn)在時與現(xiàn)在進行時的概念不同: She often does her homework in the evening.她經(jīng)常在晚上做作業(yè)。(屬于一般現(xiàn)在時) She is doing her homework now.現(xiàn)在她正在做作業(yè)。(屬于現(xiàn)在進行時) (2)一般現(xiàn)在時與現(xiàn)在進行時的構成方式不同: She often does her homework in the evening.她經(jīng)常在晚上做作業(yè)。 My mother is__reading a newspaper now.我媽媽正在看報紙。 (3)一般現(xiàn)在時與現(xiàn)在進行時的時間狀語不同: We play football in__the__afternoon.我們在下午踢足球。 She is doing her homework now.現(xiàn)在她正在做作業(yè)。 見所贈光盤 Task 2 Lets finish 3a. 1.I can practice.(我會練) 完成課本上3a的填空任務,分析每一句話所運用的時態(tài),對所給謂語動詞作適當變形。 2.I can speak.(我會說) 你能寫下對話的要點,并根據(jù)它們進行對話嗎?大膽挑戰(zhàn)下自我吧! (1)am__doing__my__homework,always__do__my__homework__ (2)is__playing__soccer,plays,every__Saturday____ (3)is__studying,right__now (4)are__making,can__make (5)is__talking,again,talks,for__three__hours__every__day 2.Great!/Not bad./Terrible!棒極了!/還行。/太糟了! 【用法】這是人們對事情的進展、所處環(huán)境等表示“看法”的常用表達方式,表達方式有:Great!棒極了!Terrible!太糟了!/很差勁!Pretty good!相當好!等。 Task 3 【學習提示】 1.Finish 3b. (1)Ss interview and report. (2)Check the answers. 【學法指導】 —What are they doing?他們在干什么? —Theyre playing basketball in the park.他們在公園里打籃球。 【用法】(1) be playing...是現(xiàn)在進行時,表示此時正在進行的動作。 (2)現(xiàn)在進行時結構為:主語+be(am,is,are)+v.-ing+其他。 (3)現(xiàn)在進行時的疑問句是將am,is或are提到主語之前,否定句是在am,is或are后面加not。 【備注】 3.I can summarize.(我會總結) 現(xiàn)在進行時常用的時間狀語:now,at present,at this time,at this moment,these days等或有l(wèi)ook,listen等提示語。 如:Its snowing now. 見所贈光盤 Task 3 Lets finish 3b. I can interview and report.(我會采訪和匯報) 記者Yuan Yuan現(xiàn)在正在電話采訪五個不同地方的人,請用表格記錄他們所在地方的天氣和他們正在做什么,然后做簡單口頭匯報。 見所贈光盤 交流展示 生成新知 Preshow:Show in groups.(Time: six minutes) Task 1: First,the students discuss the task l,they can ask the teacher for help.Then,write them down on the blackboard. Task 2:First,the group leaders ask members to discuss and perform the conversations and then show them. Task 3:First,the students read Grammar Focus twice by themselves.Then Ss try to recite Grammar Focus in groups. Promotion show: Class show.(Time:sixteen minutes) Task 1: 1.I can read.(1)Read words and phrases together;(2)Talk about the weather with your deskmate;(3)Describe the cloud and wind. 2.I can write.(1)Students translate the five phrases into English by answering quickly;(2)Read together. 3.I can summarize.Discuss and answer quickly. Task 2: 1.I can translate.(1)Ask several students to translate sentences in task 2;(2)Read together;(3)Pay attention to the problems when asking the price. 2.I can practice.(1)Ask students to finish the exercises 3a and 3b;(2)Check the answers by answering quickly and explain. 3.I can make conversations.(1)Students make dialogues according to the tasks;(2)Perform the dialogues. 4.I can summarize.Sum up the ways of using Present Progressive Tense.
