汽車后橋直焊縫焊接專機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
中國汽車工業(yè)經(jīng)過60年的發(fā)展,經(jīng)過數(shù)代人的努力從無到有并逐步走向國際化。2009年我國汽車產(chǎn)量突破1379.10萬輛,超過第二名日本和第三名美國產(chǎn)量之和。(日本為793萬輛,美國為570萬輛)。中國已經(jīng)成為了全球汽車生產(chǎn)第一大國。作為汽車制造之中最有代表性的3大工藝(焊裝、油漆、總裝)之一的焊接工藝也得到了長足發(fā)展,逐步達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平。在專業(yè)性強(qiáng)、而且有規(guī)則焊道的零件中使用焊接專機(jī)不僅能達(dá)到焊接工藝的要求,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)。為了滿足國內(nèi)外需求,我國汽車制造業(yè)需要大量自動化裝備來提高生產(chǎn)效率減輕工人工作量。
本設(shè)計(jì)為汽車后橋直焊縫焊接專機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)備包括機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。焊接汽車后橋的方法是二氧化碳保護(hù)焊法,焊接長度為270mm,焊接速度可達(dá)到300一500mm/min。本焊接專機(jī)的機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)包括有焊接小車、床身、絲杠傳動機(jī)構(gòu)、工件支架、氣缸支架、頂尖等部分。內(nèi)容涉及到氣缸、電動機(jī)、減速機(jī)、滾珠螺桿等。其中焊接小車是本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn),小車帶動焊搶作直線運(yùn)動來完成直焊縫的焊接任務(wù),而小車是由電機(jī)通過一系列傳動驅(qū)動的。出于對工藝要求和工作效率等多方面因素的考慮,設(shè)計(jì)出了雙焊槍運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu),使之在一次操作可以同時(shí)完成兩道直焊縫的焊接任務(wù)。

Abstract
After 60 years development, China's automobile industry has gone from scratch and gradually to the internationalization. In 2009 China has produced more than 13.791 million vehicles. Production more than the sum of Japan and the United States. China has become the world's largest auto production. As the the most representative three process in car manufacturing industry (welding, painting, assembly).The welding technology has also been rapid development, and gradually reached the international advanced level. In professional, and there are regular weld bead parts used in special welding machine not only can meet the requirements of welding process, but also economy. In order to meet the needs of domestic and international, China's auto manufacturing industry needs a lot of automation equipment to improve production efficiency and reduce the workload of workers.
The design of the automobile rear axle straight seam welding machine, including mechanical structure design. Welding vehicle rear axle method is the carbon dioxide welding method, welding speed can reach 0.3 0.5m/min. This welding machine mechanical parts of the design including welding carriage, bed, lead screw transmission mechanism, fixture and other parts. The contents relate to the cylinder, the top, motor, reducer, ball screw, etc.. The welding tractor is the focus of this design, considering the various factors of the technological requirements and the efficiency design double gun movement mechanism, make in one operation can be completed at the same time, two straight seam welding tasks. Motor output speed through the reducer to drive the screw rotation, the screw on the screw nut to drive the car to reach the welding task.
