摘要
我所學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)是模具設(shè)計與制造，這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計沖孔－落料復(fù)合模的設(shè)計是我結(jié)合大學(xué)三年來所學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)知識和CAD軟件所設(shè)計出的一套沖壓模具。
本文首先簡要的概述了沖壓模具在社會發(fā)展領(lǐng)域中的作用及其以后的發(fā)展方向，點(diǎn)明了模具設(shè)計的重要意義。然后依據(jù)工件圖進(jìn)行了工藝性分析，進(jìn)而確定了設(shè)計方案，計算出了模具工作部分的尺寸，設(shè)計出工作零部件；然后依據(jù)設(shè)計要求選擇出各個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件，最后設(shè)計出了模具的總裝配圖。在設(shè)計中，最重要的就是設(shè)計方案的確定、坯料的計算和工作零部件的設(shè)計，這是設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵，這些設(shè)計的正確與否直接關(guān)系到設(shè)計成本的高低及設(shè)計的模具能否正常工作；在設(shè)計的最后，總結(jié)了自己在設(shè)計過程中的心得和體會，并對我的指導(dǎo)老師進(jìn)行致謝。
