橋式起重機(jī)橋架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),橋式起重機(jī),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) *學(xué)院*屆畢業(yè)說明書橋式起重機(jī)橋架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要橋式起重機(jī)主要由機(jī)械部分、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)和電氣三大部分所組成。機(jī)械部分是指起升、運(yùn)行、變幅和旋轉(zhuǎn)等機(jī)構(gòu)，還有起升機(jī)構(gòu)，金屬結(jié)構(gòu)是構(gòu)成起重機(jī)械的軀體，是安裝各機(jī)構(gòu)和支托它們?nèi)恐亓康闹黧w部分。電氣是起重機(jī)械動作的能源，各機(jī)構(gòu)都是單獨(dú)驅(qū)動的。構(gòu)成橋式起重機(jī)的主要金屬結(jié)構(gòu)部分是橋架，它橫架在車間兩側(cè)吊車梁的軌道上，并沿軌道前后運(yùn)行。本文根據(jù)橋式起重機(jī)起重量和跨度的要求，依據(jù)起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、GB/T3811-2008等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了50/10t25.5m偏軌雙梁橋式起重機(jī)橋架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案，并繪制了相關(guān)的三維結(jié)構(gòu)圖以及二維結(jié)構(gòu)圖。本文首先從整體設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)，依次設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了50/10t25.5m雙梁橋式起重機(jī)的主端梁結(jié)構(gòu)的主要機(jī)構(gòu)部件。選取了大車車輪，小車車輪，小車軌道等起重機(jī)主要零部件。設(shè)計(jì)了符合經(jīng)濟(jì)梁要求的橋架結(jié)構(gòu)，并校核了起重機(jī)橋架在危險(xiǎn)截面處的強(qiáng)度和剛度等力學(xué)性能參數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)過程中，橋架采用全偏軌箱形主梁、箱形端梁的雙梁結(jié)構(gòu)。橋架剛性好，制作方便?？紤]到起重機(jī)整機(jī)和各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)零部件的合理布置，作者通過計(jì)算多組數(shù)據(jù)來選擇最優(yōu)結(jié)果。達(dá)到了起重機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)布置緊湊性和合理性的目的，從而優(yōu)化了起重機(jī)整機(jī)的性能。本設(shè)計(jì)所選的大部分零件均具有通用化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化的特點(diǎn)，主要技術(shù)參數(shù)均符合ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn),貫徹了國家以及起重機(jī)行業(yè)的所有最新頒布的各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所設(shè)計(jì)的起重機(jī)整體安全、可靠。關(guān)鍵詞： 橋式起重機(jī)，橋架結(jié)構(gòu)，金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，三維模型圖，二維工程圖The design of the structure of bridge craneAbstractBecause the crane running at high altitude, scope of work can sweep the whole plant construction area, has a very important and irreplaceable role. Therefore welcomed by users, has been great development.Bridge crane is mainly composed of the mechanical parts, metal structure and electrical three parts. The mechanical part is lifting, running, amplitude and rotating mechanism, metal structure is composed of lifting body, is the main installation of various institutions and support them all the weight of the part. Electric is a lifting movement of energy, the agencies are separately driven.Constitute the main bridge crane metal structure part is the bridge, it is in the workshop crane beam transverse frame on both sides of the track, and along the track before and after operation. According to the requirements of the bidding documents of an enterprise and the design specification of crane GB/T3811-2008, performance evaluations of 50/10t25.5m double beam bridge crane were calculated, and draw the three-dimensional structure and two-dimensional structure diagram.At the beginning of this article, the main structure of 50/10t25.5m double beam bridge crane were calculated. Select the carts wheels, trolley wheels, trolley tracks and other major components cranes.The structure of the bridge was designed to achieve the requirement of economical efficiency, and also intensity and stiffness was checked to make sure its safety. The double beam bridge structure includes the Crane Girder and the end carriage. This kind of structure has better stiffness and manufacturability. Considering the disposal of crane and different parts, the authors calculated through multiple data to select the optimal results. Finally, the goal of better crane performance and rationality and compactedness of all parts of crane was achieved.At last, most of the parts of the design characteristics of the selected are universal, standardized, serialized, the main technical parameters are in accordance with ISO standard, implement the state and all the latest promulgated crane industry standards.
