本文的主要內(nèi)容是通過分析清障車后翼板的工藝，對(duì)清障車后翼板的成型工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比確定分析。在成型工藝分析的基礎(chǔ)上合理選擇成型工藝方法和彎曲成型模具類型，進(jìn)而進(jìn)行彎曲成型模具的設(shè)計(jì)。本文首先對(duì)零件的工藝性進(jìn)行了分析；根據(jù)零件的工藝性確定了成型工藝方案以及模具類型；根據(jù)確定好的成型工藝方案和模具類型對(duì)成型工藝參數(shù)和模具的工作尺寸進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算校核；接著根據(jù)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行了選擇確定；最后對(duì)成型模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)繪制并在做了總結(jié)。

Abstract
The main content is that through the process analysis of the After Empennage of Road-block Removal Trucks, determining and contrasting the forming process. Basising on the analysis of the forming process, reasonably choice the method of forming process and bending die type, then designing the forming of bending die. In this paper, the process of the parts were first analyzed; according to the process of the parts, the programmer of forming process and die type was determined; according to the established programme of forming process and die type, a detailed calculation checking for the parameters and die size of the work was carried out; then according to the process parameters, the Press was confirmed; Finally, the forming die was designed and drawn and a concluding was made.
