摘 要
作為主要的載重部件,履帶式行走機(jī)構(gòu)用來承受總重和機(jī)件在運(yùn)行期間所受的力, 能讓機(jī)件完成前后移動(dòng)。所以重型的器械的底座一般設(shè)計(jì)成驅(qū)動(dòng)型履帶結(jié)構(gòu),并相對(duì)整機(jī)底座中心對(duì)稱。本論文主要論述行走機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力分析,并通過分析完成整體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。以完成機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)之間相互安全、可靠、行動(dòng)靈活的要求。
相較國內(nèi)外履帶式斗輪取料機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,優(yōu)先了解目前主流的設(shè)計(jì),在這個(gè)前提下通過類比各類履帶行走機(jī)構(gòu)的長(zhǎng)處短處,確定設(shè)計(jì)流程。并確定行走機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,以及相關(guān)功能。期中導(dǎo)向輪、履帶架等主要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和零件選取,最終確定包括驅(qū)動(dòng)組件、履帶和運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)在內(nèi)的完整的成型機(jī)方案。
本論文主要通過解析行走機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析、受力原理、影響總體機(jī)構(gòu)行走的因素,從而達(dá)到安全、合理、靈活行動(dòng)的目的。

Abstract
