教學(xué)內(nèi)容及分析:Unit 14 Work with Language 本課時(shí)是對(duì)食物單詞進(jìn)行鞏固和拓展學(xué)習(xí)以及重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用“more”和 “most”。
二、教學(xué)對(duì)象分析:五年級(jí)學(xué)生經(jīng)過三年的英語學(xué)習(xí),積累了一定的基礎(chǔ),他們精力旺盛,自信心強(qiáng),對(duì)貼近生活的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容有強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本課時(shí)學(xué)生將會(huì)了解中西方食物的異同以及鞏固使用“more”和 “most”,是學(xué)生自己進(jìn)行觀察、對(duì)比和總結(jié)的契機(jī)。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.語言知識(shí)目標(biāo):
單詞:queen,Snow white, western.
2、 句型:sentences using “more” and “most”.
2.語言技能目標(biāo):
A. 能用所學(xué)語言談?wù)撌澄铩?
B. 能用 “more” 和“most”談?wù)撌挛铩?
3.情感態(tài)度目標(biāo):
了解和合理安排日常飲食搭配。

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察力和總結(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。

1.較多的單詞量。
2.對(duì)課文中出現(xiàn)的最高級(jí)?most的理解。

1. Warm-up
Sing the song “Pizza and C
3、hips” and chant the rhyme “What would you like”.
2. Presentation
A. Review words of food and expressions.
a. T shows pictures of foods and the pupils shout the words.
b. Free- talk
---Which food do you prefer? ---I prefer …. …are more delicious than ….
---Which food do you like best?
4、 ---I like … best.
---Which is your favourite food? ---…Is my favourite food.
---Which is the most delicious food? ---… is the most delicious food.
B. EX2-3, P66.
a. Ask about the pupils’ favourite foods and ask them to tell western food or Chinese food it is. Present the word “western”.
5、(Draw the table on the blackboard and stick the answer for an example.)
b. The pupils have 2 minutes to finish EX2and EX3 and then T checks the answers with them.
C. EX1, P65.
a. T asks a pupil:
“---Which food do you think is delicious?” “---Pizzas.”
“---Which food do you think is

“---Which food do you think is the most delicious in the world?” “---Steak.”
b. T sums up the sequence:
“The pizza is delicious. The hamburger is more delicious. The steak is the most delicious in the world.”
The pupils read out them after T to mak

c. T shows pictures of the new queen and Snow White and asks the pupils to make sentences using “beautiful”. Read the sentences.
d. Pupils open their books and read and study the words in EX1.
e. T divides the class into 8 groups and assigns each group 1 word to make sentences

f. T awards the best.

A. Sum up what we have learnt.
B. Check each other if he/she knows how to use “more” and “most”.

一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析
小學(xué)中高年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)以話題教學(xué)形式為主,可以打通教材現(xiàn)有的版本和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的局限性,能提供給學(xué)生一個(gè)整體的語言,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合的語言素質(zhì)和能力。因此剪輯教
12、學(xué)內(nèi)容對(duì)于一名優(yōu)秀的英語教師來說非常重要。本節(jié)課我設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要是以食物的話題為主,以課本為平臺(tái),滾動(dòng)以前所學(xué)的涉及本話題的知識(shí),拓展孩子關(guān)于本話題的語言,使其形成綜合的語言概念。本課時(shí)是Module5 Eating Habits中的Unit 14 Which Food Do You Prefer?的第一課時(shí),在Unit13 I Prefer Hamburgers 中,學(xué)生已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了句型Which do you prefer?及其回答I prefer….本課時(shí)主要是繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)表達(dá)各人對(duì)食物的喜好并用It’s/They’re the most delicious/famous food.來說明喜好
13、的理由,主要的新知識(shí)點(diǎn)是用the most…來表示部分雙音節(jié)和多音節(jié)形容詞的最高級(jí).本課時(shí)對(duì)話很長,單詞也比較多,但有一部分要求四會(huì)的單詞(restaurant, sea food, again, kind, important, fruit-vegetable)是四年級(jí)時(shí)所學(xué)過的三會(huì)單詞。
二、教學(xué)對(duì)象分析
學(xué)生在二年級(jí)口語和四年級(jí)英語中均已學(xué)習(xí)過有關(guān)食物的話題.在Unit 13的學(xué)習(xí)過程中,學(xué)生對(duì)句型Which do you prefer, …or…?及其回答I prefer….掌握得較好,在操練時(shí)能把句型拓展運(yùn)用到表達(dá)對(duì)除西餐以外的其他事物的喜好上.所以本課時(shí)學(xué)生在對(duì)重點(diǎn)句型
14、的理解與運(yùn)用方面難度不大,難點(diǎn)主要集中在對(duì)對(duì)話的理解與上口方面,因此教師要求學(xué)生在課前聽錄音跟讀單詞和課文,做好較充分的預(yù)習(xí)工作.

情感態(tài)度:要求學(xué)生做到不偏食,并選擇有利于身體發(fā)育的食物,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣。
學(xué)習(xí)策略:要求學(xué)生做好預(yù)習(xí)工作,在課堂上適時(shí)檢查學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)情況,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力,同時(shí)利用學(xué)生身邊的事物(Nan Yuewang Restaurant, Hui Dong Restaurant)作

2. 拿出一份菜單、拿出單詞卡,學(xué)習(xí)menu, pork, sea food;呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)難懂的菜名,學(xué)習(xí)單詞strange和句子The names of the food are strange, I don’t understand.
3. Ppt示食品圖片,請(qǐng)學(xué)生用所學(xué)句型對(duì)話,抽學(xué)生進(jìn)行問答,并詢問Why?板書并學(xué)習(xí)單詞famous和句型It’s th
