Therefore, we must equip a feeder to match with this crusher when using it. 本機(jī)標(biāo)定的性能參數(shù)是以破碎干且中等硬度的巖石為準(zhǔn)，其堆比重為1.6噸/立方米。 The performance parameter of the crusher is decided by crushing dry and medium-hard rock, its bulk density is 1.6t/m3。 3.結(jié)構(gòu)簡述及裝配Structure description and assembling 本機(jī)主要由

13、components. 9.Lubricartion components; 10.Fundamental components. 本機(jī)是以電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力，通過電動(dòng)機(jī)皮帶輪，由三角皮帶和槽輪驅(qū)動(dòng)偏心軸，使動(dòng)顎按預(yù)定軌跡作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而將進(jìn)入由固定顎板、活動(dòng)顎板和邊護(hù)板組成的破碎腔內(nèi)的物料予以破碎，并通過下部的排料口將成品物料排出。 The crusher is motor powered. By motor pulley, triangle belt and geneva wheel drive the eccentric shaft and make the moving jaw move

Then the material in the crusher chamber (which is made up of fixed—jaw plate, moving jaw plate and edge plate) is crushed and the finished product is discharged through the below discharge opening. 3.1機(jī)架部件Frame components 顎式破碎機(jī)的機(jī)架，在工作中受到很大的沖擊載荷。因此它應(yīng)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度

15、和剛度。 The frame of the jaw crusher must be of enough intension and stiffness, because it suffers from the impulsive load when working. 機(jī)架為焊接件。機(jī)架的前墻裝有由固定顎板螺釘緊固的固定顎板，機(jī)架的左、右內(nèi)側(cè)壁裝有由螺釘緊固的上邊護(hù)板和下邊護(hù)板?；顒?dòng)顎板和固定顎板均為優(yōu)質(zhì)高錳鋼鑄件，為延長其使用壽命，其形狀設(shè)計(jì)成上、下對稱，即當(dāng)一端磨損后調(diào)頭使用。 The frame is weldment. 17、d is worn, the other end can be used. 3.2動(dòng)顎部件moving jaw component 3.2.1結(jié)構(gòu)特征structure feature： 動(dòng)顎為整體優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，其內(nèi)孔以及槽等部位經(jīng)過精確加工與檢測，確保工作時(shí)安全、可靠。 The moving jaw is of high quality casting structure; its inner bore and groove have been through accurate processing and inspection to guarantee safety and rel

18、iability. 偏心軸為優(yōu)質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度鍛鋼，以多次精密的機(jī)械加工，熱處理和探傷檢查制成，因此具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度。 Eccentric shaft is of high quality and high strength forged steel. It has been through several precision machining, heat treatment and flaw detection examination, so it’s of enough intension and stiffness. 軸承采用四套調(diào)心滾子軸承，具有良好的承載和自動(dòng)調(diào)心的性能。 Th

19、e bearing adopts four suits self-aligning roller bearing, and it’s of good bearing and self aligning performance. 飛輪、槽輪為優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵件，其重量和結(jié)構(gòu)足夠保證破碎機(jī)能平衡地工作。飛、槽輪在偏心軸上的兩端位置可以相互調(diào)換。 Flywheel and geneva wheel are of high quality iron casting and its weight and structure can guarantee the balanced work of the cru

The position on the eccentric shaft of flywheel and geneva wheel can be exchanged. 3.2.2動(dòng)顎部件裝配過程the assembling process of moving jaw components： 3.2.2.1取二只擋油盤裝于偏心軸的兩端。將二只軸承置于80℃～100℃油中加熱15分鐘左右，測量軸承的內(nèi)圈，孔大于偏心軸軸頸0.15時(shí)，取出并熱套于偏心軸的兩端，使軸肩緊靠，用壓力頂住，直到軸承完全冷卻為止，其間隙不得大于0.05。套合后，整理清洗干凈，在軸承中填滿潤滑脂。 Instal

21、l two oil retaining disks on the two ends of eccentric shaft. Put the two bearings in the oil of 80℃～100℃ heating for 15min. Then measure the inside track of the bearing, when the hole is 0.15 bigger than the shaft neck of eccentric shaft, take the bearing out and install on the two ends of eccentri

22、c shaft, make the shaft shoulder adjoined and hold on by pressure until the complete cooling of the bearing. The clearance must be not more than 0.05. After installed, clean it and fill lubrication grease in the bearing. 3.2.2.2裝妥動(dòng)顎一端的透蓋、紙墊圈等，并用螺栓緊固。此時(shí)將動(dòng)顎孔豎放，使裝好透蓋的一端朝下，接著將偏心軸裝配組件吊入動(dòng)顎中，吊裝時(shí)注意：偏心軸左右螺紋

23、的方向及偏心軸和動(dòng)顎孔中心線保持一致，放正軸承外圈，先輕壓作好導(dǎo)向，當(dāng)壓入量均勻漸進(jìn)時(shí)，方可進(jìn)行連續(xù)敲壓(不能用錘直接敲擊軸承,應(yīng)軸承上墊放銅棒后，再敲擊銅棒)。二只軸承裝入動(dòng)顎的程序一樣，然后再裝妥動(dòng)顎另一端的透蓋、紙墊圈等，并用螺栓緊固。裝妥后應(yīng)使軸承外圈端面與透蓋端面有0.2～0.4的間隙，它是通過裝入適量紙墊圈得到的。 Install the cover and paper washer on one end of moving jaw and fixed by screw bolt. At the same time, keep the hole of moving jaw upr

24、ight, make the end on which cover has been installed down, and then lift the assembling components of eccentric shaft into moving jaw. When lifting, note that right-and-left threaded direction of eccentric shaft must be in accordance the with center line of moving jaw and eccentric shaft. Put straig

25、ht outer ring of bearing, first press lightly to make guide. When the press gradually increase, continuous knock can be adopted (don’t use hammer to knock on the bearing directly, place a copper rod on the bearing and knock the copper rod). The procedures of installing moving jaw of the two bearings

26、 is the same, and then install the cover and paper washer of the other end and fixed by screw bolt. After installation, the clearance of end face of bearing outer ring and cover end face should be 0.2-0.4; it is formed by putting suitable paper washer. 3.2.2.3裝入迷宮密封套，左、右嵌蓋時(shí)須注意左右方向，取另外二只軸承，用煤油清洗干凈，并

27、在軸承中填滿潤滑脂，把錐套放入軸承孔內(nèi)，再安裝于偏心軸上，裝入左、右壓蓋，密封蓋（注意方向），再旋緊偏心軸上圓螺母，使之壓緊錐套。 Install labyrinth seal, when embedded cover, must notice left and right direction. Take another two bearing, use kerosene to clean them and fill lubrication grease in bearing. Put taper sleeve into bearing hole, then install it in ec

28、centric shaft. Install left and right gland, hermetic seal (note direction), then tighten the round nut on the eccentric shaft, pressure cone cover tightly. 3.2.2.4把飛、槽輪裝于偏心軸上，,然后裝妥軸端擋圈。 Install the flywheel and Geneva wheel on eccentric shaft, then install axial end block. 注意：飛、槽輪系鑄鐵、安裝時(shí)切忌熱套。

29、Note: the flywheel and Geneva wheel are iron casting, avoid hotjacket when installation. 槽輪常規(guī)是安裝在偏心軸右端(從進(jìn)料方向看)，也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況需要使飛、槽輪位置進(jìn)行對調(diào)。 Geneva wheel is installed on the right end of eccentric shaft (from feeding direction), also can exchange flywheel and Geneva wheel position according to the field

30、situation. 3.3肘板與調(diào)整部件elbow plate and adjusting components 3.3.1肘板系經(jīng)過精確計(jì)算的鑄件。它不僅是傳動(dòng)構(gòu)件，而且也是破碎機(jī)的保險(xiǎn)零件，當(dāng)破碎機(jī)中落入不能破碎的物料而使機(jī)器超過平常負(fù)荷時(shí)，肘板將折斷，保護(hù)設(shè)備不被損壞。肘板和肘板墊采用滾動(dòng)接觸方式，正常使用情況下很少摩擦，只需在接觸表面上涂一層潤滑脂即可。 Elbow plate is casting through accurate calculation. 33、 adjusting components： a.肘板墊通過角鋼和螺栓固定于調(diào)整座上，調(diào)整墊片置于調(diào)整座和下部機(jī)架之間。 Elbow plate mat is fixed to adjusting frame through angle iron and screw bolt, adjusting gasket is placed between adjusting frame and lower frame. b.當(dāng)調(diào)整排料口時(shí)，首先適度擰松拉緊部件的拉桿螺母，松開彈簧，然后再松開機(jī)架兩側(cè)的螺栓，調(diào)節(jié)尾部螺栓，頂動(dòng)調(diào)整座，向前推出調(diào)整墊片，達(dá)到增大排料口時(shí)，將機(jī)架兩側(cè)的螺栓定位；若取出

34、調(diào)整墊片時(shí)，達(dá)到增大排料口的需要；若放入調(diào)整墊片時(shí)，達(dá)到減小排料口的需要。在達(dá)到用戶所需的排料口尺寸后，首先松開機(jī)架兩側(cè)的螺栓，再松開起頂螺栓，調(diào)整座在動(dòng)顎部件自重的推力作用下，調(diào)整座及調(diào)整墊片組向機(jī)架后墻靠攏，壓實(shí)后，最后將機(jī)架兩側(cè)的螺栓定位。 When adjusting discharging opening, first loosen pull-rod nut of tension parts, loosen the spring, then loosen bolts on the two sides of frame, adjust the bolt of afterbody, p

35、ut forward the adjusting pads, when increasing discharging port, fix the screw bolt on both sides of the frame. If take out the adjusting pad, satisfy the requirements of increasing the discharging opening. I add adjustment pad, satisfy the requirements of reducing the discharging opening. When the

36、size of discharging opening satisfy the requirements of users, first loosen the screw bolt on both sides of the frame, then loosen top bolt. Adjusting seat and adjusting pad move backward the back wall, and last fix the screw bolts on the both sides of frame. c.適度擰緊拉緊部件的拉桿螺母，收緊彈簧，即完成調(diào)整排料口的工作。 Tigh

37、ten pull-rod nut of tension parts, tighten spring and then the work of adjusting the discharging opening is finished. 拉緊部件的裝配過程the assembling procedure of tension parts： 拉桿的一端鉸接于動(dòng)顎下端的耳環(huán)上，另一端通過墊圈支承在機(jī)架后的下端，彈簧通過其兩端的墊圈和螺母壓緊。破碎機(jī)工作時(shí)彈簧需要一定預(yù)緊力，以防止肘板在工作時(shí)脫落，但不宜過大，只要能消除肘板與動(dòng)顎、調(diào)整部件間沖擊響聲即可，否則將影響彈簧的使用壽命，甚至使彈簧斷裂。

40、，支座嵌入鐵軌的槽中，根據(jù)三角皮帶的松緊程度調(diào)整電動(dòng)機(jī)與主機(jī)的距離。當(dāng)距離確定后，用緊固在支座上的調(diào)整螺釘頂住電動(dòng)機(jī)的底座，以防其移位。 Motor is installed on the track; the frame is embedded in the groove of railway. Adjust the distance between motor and main machine according to the tightness of triangle belt. When the distance is decided, use the adjusting bolt

41、to fix the base of motor, in case the motor shift. 3.5潤滑部件Lubrication components 用油槍對各油嘴注油，此種形式加油直接，故障少。 Use oil gun to fill oil in oil cup. This way of filling oil is direct and has little failure. 4安裝、調(diào)整和試車Installation, adjustment and commissioning 本機(jī)是由制造廠裝配成臺(tái)經(jīng)空載試車后提供的，用戶在收到產(chǎn)品后應(yīng)仔細(xì)清點(diǎn)裝箱清單，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)和

43、動(dòng)機(jī)的地腳螺栓的相對位置，以及有關(guān)的其他參數(shù)。安裝地腳螺栓處必須留出預(yù)留孔，待二次灌漿的水泥牢固后再擰緊地腳螺栓。在此過程中，必須用水平儀測機(jī)器的水平度，水平度的偏差在機(jī)架前墻的寬度范圍內(nèi)控制在5毫米以下。機(jī)架水平度的檢測尤為重要，它可確保進(jìn)料口位置不至因傾斜而使破碎機(jī)在工作時(shí)發(fā)生單邊進(jìn)料現(xiàn)象，避免因負(fù)荷不均而損壞設(shè)備。 Due to the vibration machine while working, machine should be installed in the reinforced concrete structure, based on the basis of the w

49、：No-load test run a.連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2小時(shí)，軸承溫升不超過35℃ Continuous running for 2 hours. The bearing temperature is less than 35℃. b.所有緊固件應(yīng)牢固，無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。 All fasteners should be tight and without looseness. c.飛、槽輪運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。 The flywheel and geneva wheel run smooth and steady. d.所有摩擦部位無擦傷、掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無異常響聲。 There should

50、be no scratches, chips and grinding apperance, and abnormal sounds of all friction parts. e.排料口調(diào)整范圍應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定The adjustment range of discharge opening should be according with the design specification. 4.5.2帶載試車 Loading test run 當(dāng)空載試車合格后方可加料進(jìn)行帶載試車。 Proceeding the loading test run after the no-load

51、test run measuring up to standard. a.破碎機(jī)不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊聲。 The crusher should be free of cyclical and prominent impact sound. b.最大給料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。The max. feeding partical size should be according with the design specification. c.連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)8小時(shí)，軸承溫升不超過35℃。 Continuous running for 8 hours and the bearing temper

52、ature is less than 35℃. d.破碎機(jī)處理能力應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。 The processing capacity of the crusher should be according with the design specification. 5.使用與維護(hù)Operation and maintenance 5.1破碎機(jī)啟動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作：The preparations before the crusher starting: 5.1.1檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，肘板與動(dòng)顎、調(diào)整座上肘板墊的接觸情況是否良好，其接觸處是否有足夠的潤滑脂。 Inspecting

53、whether there is good bearings lubrication, good contact between toggle plate and toggle plate cushion on movable jaw and adjusting base, and enough lubricating grease on the contact points. 5.1.2檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。 Inspecting whether all fasteners are fastening. 5.1.3檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶是否安裝正確和情況良好，若發(fā)現(xiàn)皮帶破損應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，當(dāng)皮帶或

54、槽輪上有油污時(shí)，應(yīng)用干凈抹布及時(shí)擦凈。 Inspecting whether the driving belt is correctly installed and in good condition. The belt should be replaced promptly if there is breakage.
