垂直升降立體車(chē)庫(kù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備是解決城市停車(chē)問(wèn)題的一個(gè)有效解決手段,正被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種場(chǎng)合。
論文對(duì)垂直升降式停車(chē)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的分析和研究。首先對(duì)垂直升降式停車(chē)設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)和概況做了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,然后對(duì)垂直升降式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行討論研究。并選定鏈傳動(dòng)橫移方式作為車(chē)庫(kù)的存取形式,選定曳引驅(qū)動(dòng)作為車(chē)庫(kù)的升降驅(qū)動(dòng)形式。
在完成總體框架設(shè)計(jì)之后,對(duì)車(chē)庫(kù)的存取機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究。對(duì)停車(chē)位布置形式及其相關(guān)要求進(jìn)行了分析,確定了符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的車(chē)庫(kù)停車(chē)位和載車(chē)板的具體結(jié)構(gòu)。討論了存取機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)功能要求及其實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,完成了鏈傳動(dòng)橫移存取車(chē)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)及其零部件的計(jì)算和校核。
2、升降系統(tǒng)是車(chē)庫(kù)的重點(diǎn)組成部分。在升降系統(tǒng)中選用曳引驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,并對(duì)曳引系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,分析影響曳引力的因素,并對(duì)曳引能力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算校核。根據(jù)車(chē)庫(kù)提升系統(tǒng)的工作特點(diǎn),選用交流變頻電機(jī)。針對(duì)車(chē)庫(kù)運(yùn)行中的不安全因素,選用了超速保護(hù)系統(tǒng)和撞底保護(hù)裝置等策略來(lái)提高升降系統(tǒng)的可靠性。

After the completion of the overall frame design, access mechanism of the garage are studied in detail.
