26、器TH0和TL0構(gòu)成;T1由TH1和TL1構(gòu)成。這些功能都由特殊功能寄存器TMOD和TCON所控制。 設(shè)置為定時(shí)工作方式時(shí),定時(shí)器計(jì)數(shù)AT89C2051片內(nèi)振蕩器輸出的經(jīng)12分頻后的脈沖,即每個(gè)機(jī)器周期使定時(shí)器的數(shù)值加1直至計(jì)滿溢出。當(dāng)AT89C205采用12MHz晶振時(shí),一個(gè)機(jī)器周期為1s,計(jì)數(shù)頻率為1MHz。 設(shè)置為計(jì)數(shù)工作方式時(shí),通過(guò)引腳對(duì)外部脈沖信號(hào)計(jì)數(shù)。當(dāng)輸入脈沖信號(hào)產(chǎn)生由1至0的下降沿時(shí),定時(shí)器的值加1。在每個(gè)機(jī)器周期的S5P2期間采樣T0和T1引腳的輸入電平,若前一個(gè)機(jī)器周期采樣值為1,下一個(gè)機(jī)器周期采樣值為0,則計(jì)數(shù)器加1。此后的機(jī)器周期S3P1期間,新的數(shù)值裝入計(jì)數(shù)器

27、。所以,檢測(cè)一個(gè)1至0的跳變需要兩個(gè)機(jī)器周期,故最高計(jì)數(shù)頻率為振蕩頻率的1/24。除了可以選擇定時(shí)或計(jì)數(shù)工作方式外,每個(gè)定時(shí)器/計(jì)數(shù)器還有4種工作模式,也就是每個(gè)定時(shí)器可構(gòu)成4種電路結(jié)構(gòu)模式。 兩種低功耗模式 空閑模式 在空閑模式下,CPU保持睡眠狀態(tài)而所有片內(nèi)的外設(shè)仍保持激活狀態(tài),這種方式有軟件產(chǎn)生。此時(shí),片內(nèi)RAM和所有特殊功能寄存器的內(nèi)容保持不變。空閑模式可由任何允許的中斷請(qǐng)求或者硬件復(fù)位終止。 P1.0和P1.1在不使用外部上拉電阻的情況下應(yīng)設(shè)置為“0”,或者在使用上拉電阻的情況下設(shè)置為“1”。 應(yīng)注意的是:在用硬件復(fù)位終止空閑模式時(shí), AT89C2051通常從

28、程序停止一直到內(nèi)部復(fù)位獲得控制之前的兩個(gè)機(jī)器周期處回復(fù)程序執(zhí)行。在這種情況下片內(nèi)硬件禁止對(duì)內(nèi)部RAM的讀寫(xiě),但允許對(duì)端口的訪問(wèn),要消除硬件復(fù)位終止空閑模式對(duì)端口意外寫(xiě)入的可能,原則上進(jìn)入空閑模式指令的下一條指令不應(yīng)對(duì)端口引腳或外部存儲(chǔ)器進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)。 掉電模式 在掉電模式下,振蕩器停止工作,進(jìn)入掉電模式的指令是最后一條被執(zhí)行的指令,片內(nèi)RAM和所有特殊功能寄存器的內(nèi)容在終止掉電模式前被凍結(jié)。退出掉電模式的唯一方法是硬件復(fù)位,復(fù)位后將重新定義全部特殊功能寄存器但不改變RAM中的內(nèi)容在Vcc恢復(fù)到正常工作電平前,復(fù)位應(yīng)無(wú)效且必須保持一定時(shí)間以使振蕩器重啟動(dòng)并穩(wěn)定工作。P1.0和P1.1在不使用外部上拉電阻的情況下應(yīng)設(shè)置為“0”,或者在使用上拉電阻的情況下設(shè)置為“1”。 振蕩器----振蕩器連接端 XTAL1:振蕩器反相放大器以及內(nèi)部時(shí)鐘發(fā)生器的輸入端 XTAL2:振蕩器反相放大器的輸出端 振蕩器特征 XTAL1、XTAL2為片內(nèi)振蕩器的反相放大器的輸入和輸出端,如圖3所示??刹捎檬⒕w或者陶瓷振蕩器組成時(shí)鐘振蕩器,如需從外部輸入時(shí)鐘驅(qū)動(dòng)AT89C2051,時(shí)鐘信號(hào)從XTAL1輸入,XTAL2應(yīng)懸空。由于輸入到內(nèi)部電路是經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)2分頻觸發(fā)器,所以輸入的外部時(shí)鐘信號(hào)無(wú)需特殊要求,但它必須符合電平的最大和最小值及時(shí)序規(guī)范。
