To talk about some festivals and activities in the four months and try to write s.th about them. Teaching Methods：communication approach. Ask and answer in pairs T: Look at the video and sing the song together. T: Two students a group, one ask and the other answer. Just like: What month is the…? How many…? Ss: Sing the song Ss ask and answer in pairs according to the words on the screen. September is the ninth month of the year．利用我班學(xué)生喜歡音樂(lè)的特點(diǎn)通過(guò)歌曲拉開(kāi)了本課學(xué)習(xí)的序幕，并用問(wèn)答形式鞏固序數(shù)詞，復(fù)習(xí)本單元重點(diǎn)句型。 Presentation 1. Questions and answers： festivals in the months 2. Fill in the blanks with the festivals in these four months& make up sentences. 3. Let’s listen ,read and say. Show some pictures on the screen. Q1: What festivals can you see from the pictures? Q2: Who has a birthday in these four months? Q3: Do you know what festival it is on Sep.10th? Q4: When is Teachers?Day? Who can tell me? Let’s fill in the blanks with the festivals in these four months. T: Let’s talk about them in differernt ways. ppt1: go back to school ppt2: play the piano Q1: What is she doing? Q2: Do you know why? Just guess! And then read the passage by themselves. ppt3: celebrate National Day Q1: What festival is it? Q2: What are they doing? ppt4: celebrate Thanksgiving Ask questions like that. ppt5: Santa gives presents Ask questions like that. Look, listen and say S1: Teachers’s Day( is in Sep.) S2: National Day( is in Oct.) S3: Thanksgiving Day( is in Nov.) S4: Christmas( is in Dec.) … Answer the questions S1: My birthday is in Nov. S2: My birthday is on Oct… Sx: My birthday is on Sep.10th. Ss: Teachers’Day month festival date September October November December S!: Teachers’ Day is on Sep.10th. S2: Oct.1st is called National Day. S3: Thanksgiving Day is in Nov. S4: We celebrate Christmas on Dec.25th. Ss: Students go back to school Ss: She is playing the piano．... Ss: She is playing the piano for her teachers, for the Teachers’Day party． Ss: National Day. Ss: They’re celebrating China’s National Day. Look at the pictures and answer the questions. Ss look at the video of L29 and read after it. Read the text by themselves. 借助視覺(jué)形象，強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練核心詞匯和句子。復(fù)習(xí)鞏固上一單元序數(shù)詞及生日，并借助學(xué)生生日在九月十日，自然引出教師節(jié)，過(guò)渡到下一教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。通過(guò)替換操練，使學(xué)生能熟練掌握本課書(shū)的重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。利用學(xué)生熟知的節(jié)日，探討我們自己有關(guān)的活動(dòng) Practice 1. Let’s talk about months in group 2.Doing some writing exercises. 1.Tree Planting Day______ 2.Christmas ____________ 3.Children’s Day_________ 4.China’s National Day____ 5.Labour Day___________ 6.Easter______________ 7.New Year’s Day_______ 8.Teachers’ Day_________ 9.Spring Festival______ 10.Thanksgiving Day______ Each group choose a shape, behind the shape there’s a month, talk about the month in group, at least one sentence. 1.Tree Planting Day is on Mar.12th. 2.Christmas is on Dec.25th. 3.Children’s Day is on Jun.1st. 4.China’s National Day is on Oct.1st. 5.Labour Day is on May 1st. 6.Easter is in Mar. or April. 7.New Year’s Day is on Jan.1st. 8.Teachers’ Day is on Sep.10th. 9.Spring Festival is in Jan. or Feb. 10.Thanksgiving Day is on the 4th Thurs. 從口頭訓(xùn)練進(jìn)入到筆頭練習(xí)，通過(guò)練習(xí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)并改正容易出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤和表達(dá)不正確的地方，為后面的寫(xiě)作做好鋪墊。 homework 1. Listen, read and recite Lesson29. 2. Doing exercises of Lesson29-30. Listen to the text and read and recite the passage. Finish off Students’ Exx. 鞏固所學(xué)并延展練習(xí)。
