2019-2020年高中英語 模塊七第一單元閱讀課說課稿 一、教材分析 本單元圍繞Technology這一主題開展聽、說、讀、寫多種教學活動。科學技術(shù)日新月異, Reading部分主要介紹電視和音響器件的發(fā)展史,電視和音響器件與學生生活緊密相關(guān),是具有時代性和可挖掘型的教學主題,必定會吸引學生閱讀的興趣。 二、三維教學目標 我校學生都參加全國統(tǒng)一招生考試,根據(jù)《新課程標準》,結(jié)合我校高二學生實際和教材內(nèi)容,確定以下目標。 1、語言知識 雙基詞匯:有關(guān)技術(shù)的詞匯---audio device, wireless, broadcasting, cable TV, Web TV, set-top box, World Wide Web, recorder, electric current, cassette, CD, Discman, Mini Disc 其他詞匯--- in color, be superior to, e onto the market, wind up, demand, spring up, a variety 語用功能:被動結(jié)構(gòu)(科技文章中常用被動語態(tài)) 介詞用法復習、歸納 重點句型:L11-L12 It took more than two decades…for color broadcasts to… L16-L17 It took 50 years before…. L54 since-clause 2、語言技能 聽:聽懂同學和教師介紹家用電器的短文或?qū)υ挘? 說:說說最新的音響器件或平時聽音樂的音響器件; 讀:通過閱讀小標題獲取文章主要信息,掌握大意,了解過去、現(xiàn)在和未來的電視及音響設備; 寫:利用reading中的一些詞匯,結(jié)合workbook P109的A,完成B‘電話發(fā)展史’。 3、學習策略 閱讀策略:主旨大意題解題技巧---閱讀標題和副標題 詞匯策略: 運用構(gòu)詞法記憶詞匯,如:record-recording-recorder 一詞多義,如:wind, spring 詞匯網(wǎng)絡,以TV, audio devices為中心詞,列出相關(guān)詞,構(gòu)詞詞匯網(wǎng)絡 4、情感態(tài)度 激發(fā)學生學習科學技術(shù)知識的熱情,培養(yǎng)學生熱愛科學、獻身科學的精神。 5、文化意識 Reading中電視和音響器件的發(fā)明以美國、英國和德國為主,學習這篇文章,激勵學生了解發(fā)達國家的最新科技動態(tài),從家電著手培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新意識。 三、教學重點、難點 1. 進一步提高學生閱讀科技文章的能力,特別是通過閱讀副標題獲取文章主要信息,掌握解答主旨大意題的技巧。 2. 利用構(gòu)詞法記住有關(guān)詞匯的技巧。 3. 利用副標題寫作的技巧。 四、教學方法和手段 1. Top-down reading method, that is, to understand the main idea first, then deal with the new words and phrases. 2. Charter-learning method. Rearrange the reading materials using charts to provide a clear clue and each approach to reading. 3. Student—student interaction, to cultivate students’ cooperative spirits. 4. Multi-media and objects like an old MP3, a new MP5, recorder, etc. 五、教學過程 Step I Lead-in The teacher shows students an old MP3 that she used to listen to music and then a new MP5, a present from a friend. Ask students for help---explain how to use it. More questions: 1. What audio devices do you use when you listen to music? 2. Besides listening to music, what else do you do to relax yourselves? What kind of TV sets do you have at home? (Share information in groups of 3) 3. Do you know much about the development of TV and audio devices? Step II Reading prehension 1. Fast reading What is Web TV? When and where was MPs developed? 設計思路:通過瀏覽標題和副標題迅速查找相關(guān)信息。 2. Detailed reading Part I Early history of TV Fill in the blanks with proper words People who contributed to the _______ of TV Nationality Time Types of early TV Russian 1925&`926 Philo Farnsworth Black-and white TV Logie Baird 1929 設計思路:運用圖式閱讀理論,概念圖使信息表征重點突出,層次清楚,易學易記,同時與江蘇卷任務型閱讀相接軌。 Part II The modern age: cable TV, satellite TV, digital TV Questions: When did 66 percent of America households have cable TV? What TV is superior to satellite TV? What TV is superior to digital TV? 設計思路:通過問題的引領,幫助學生理解該部分內(nèi)容,突出重點句型It took 59 years before…以及詞組be superior to的用法。 Part III Paragraphs3, 4, 5 1. Students read the three paragraphs silently and underline all the music players. 2. Design some prehension questions in groups of 4. 3. Contest between groups: 1)Name as many music players as possible (without looking at the textbook). For each one, a group can get one point. 2)Ask the other groups questions such as ‘what is a walkman’, for each question, a group is given 5 points. The group that gives the correct can get 5 points, too. In the end, the group with the most points will win. 設計思路:通過組際間的競爭,促進生生互動,體現(xiàn)以學生為主的新課程理念。 Step III Post reading Questions: Is China among the leading countries in the development of science and technology? What are you going to do to contribute to our motherland? (Discussion) 設計思路:激發(fā)學生學習科學技術(shù)知識的熱情,培養(yǎng)學生熱愛科學、為祖國做貢獻的精神。 Step IV Focus on some key words Form a word net with TV and audio devices in the center. Add suffix to some words to form new ones. 設計思路:教會學生記憶詞匯的策略。 Step V Listen or read the text aloud and underline all the prepositions. 設計思路:聽、讀有助于語言學習,回歸課文整體。 Step VI Homework Write a passage of 120-150 words about the development of the telephone. Instruction: Read Passage A on P109 first and then get to know the keys points in B. After that, write a passage of your own. 設計思路:寫作是鞏固運用、語言知識的有效方法之一。- 配套講稿:
