針對YNL拉模機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)采用手動(dòng)操作,存在操作復(fù)雜,操作要求高,需要專門操作人員等缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了PLC控制系統(tǒng)。給出了電機(jī)主回路、PLC外圍接線圖;編制了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行梯形圖和指令表;并對本系統(tǒng)所主要元件選型。改進(jìn)后的控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)制板過程的自動(dòng)化,不但提高了生產(chǎn)效率,還節(jié)省了勞動(dòng)力,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,可以取得更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
