Learn more about school life in the UK and the differences between school life in the UK and in China 能力目標 Train the students’ reading ability. 情感目標 Encourage the Ss to learn to view our school life in a different perspective and love our school and our country 教學重點 Learn and master some important words and phrases in this period. 教學難點 Help the students to understand the passage better. 教學過程 二次備課 Step 1 Revision: Dictate some new words and phrases learned in reading 1. at ease with 2. know of sb / sth 3. require sb to do 4. on (the) average 5. used to do sth 6. be happy with sth/ sb 7. for free 8. such as 9. encourage sb to do sth Step 2 Language points 1. …so I could e-mail my family and friends back home for free. free adj. 免費的;空閑的 a free meal. 免費的一餐 for free (= free of charge)免費的 free time 空閑時間 make achievements 獲得成績,取得成就 The university has achieved all its goals this year. 這個大學今年已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了所有的奮斗目標。 2.
