<p>鼓式領(lǐng)從蹄式制動器設(shè)計【鼓式制動系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含3張CAD圖紙】</p><p>鼓式領(lǐng)從蹄式制動器設(shè)計【鼓式制動系統(tǒng)】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>國內(nèi)汽車市場迅速發(fā)展,而轎車是汽車發(fā)展的方向。然而隨著汽車保有量的增加,帶來的安全問題也越來越引起人們的注意,而制動系統(tǒng)則是汽車主動安全的重要系統(tǒng)之一。因此,如何開發(fā)出高性能的制動系統(tǒng),為安全行駛提供保障是我們要解決的主要問題。另外,隨著汽車市場競爭的加劇,如何縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、提高設(shè)計效率,降低成本等,提高產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)成功的關(guān)鍵。</p><p>本說明書主要介紹了鼓式制動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。首先介紹了汽車制動系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展、結(jié)構(gòu)、分類。除此之外,它還介紹了制動器、制動主缸的設(shè)計計算,主要部件的參數(shù)選擇。</p><p>關(guān)鍵字:制動;鼓式制動器;</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The rapid development of the domestic vehicle market, saloon car is an important tendency of vehicle. However, with increasing of vehicle, security issues are arising from increasingly attracting attention, the braking system is one of important system of active safety. Therefore, how to design a high-performance braking system, to provide protection for safe driving is the main problem we must solve. In addition, with increasing competition of vehicle market, how to shorten the product development cycle, to improve design efficiency and to lower costs, to improve the market competitiveness of products, and has become a key to success of enterprises.</p><p>This paper mainly introduces the design of braking system. Fist of all, braking systems development, structure and category are shown.
