要</p><p>塑料工業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上增長(zhǎng)最快的工業(yè)門類之一,而注塑模具是其中發(fā)展較快的種類。因此研究注塑模具對(duì)了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。</p><p>本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了注射成型的基本原理,特別是側(cè)向分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,并對(duì)注塑產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計(jì)原則。詳細(xì)介紹了注射模具的材料及工藝分析,澆注系統(tǒng)、主要零部件、側(cè)向分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、推出機(jī)構(gòu)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和排氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并對(duì)模具各參數(shù)選取和校核做相應(yīng)說明。本設(shè)計(jì)利用UG、Auto CAD對(duì)導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套及各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。</p><p><br/></p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:塑料模具;參數(shù)化;鑲件;分型面;成型</p><p><br/></p><p> Abstract</p><p> Plastic industry is in the world grows now one of quickest industry classes, but casts the mold is development quick type, therefore, the research casts the mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance.</p><p> This design introduced the injection takes shape the basic principle, specially single is divided the profile to inject the mold the structure and the principle of work, to cast the product to propose the basic principle of design; Introduced in detail the cold flow channel injection evil spirit mold pours the system, the temperature control system and goes against the system the design process, and has given the explanation to the mold intensity request; Finally introduced UG Auto CAD , and led the wrap to the guide
