摘 要
摘要:近期對機械行業(yè)中軸、軸承和軸套的使用情況進行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)在機械行業(yè)中軸、軸承和軸套是其中的關(guān)鍵零配件。自然而然在裝配中它們的安裝也非常平凡,按照《機械設(shè)備安裝工程施工及驗收通用規(guī)范(GB50231-98)》中
第5.5.1條裝配前應(yīng)測量孔和軸的配合部位尺寸及進入端倒角角度與尺寸。根據(jù)實測的平均值,應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求和本規(guī)范附錄十六選擇裝配方法。
第5.5.2條在常溫下裝配時應(yīng)將配合面清洗潔凈,并涂一薄層不含二硫化鉬添加劑的潤滑油;裝入時用力應(yīng)均勻,不得直接打擊裝配件。
第5.5.3條縱向過盈連結(jié)的裝配宜采用壓裝法。壓裝設(shè)備的壓力,宜為壓入力的3.25~3.75倍;壓入或壓出速度不宜大于5mm/s。壓入后24h內(nèi),不得承受負載。所以在安裝軸、軸承和軸套時如果使用人工壓配不但勞動強度太大而且相互位置尺寸不易保證,所以設(shè)計一個專用的壓裝機勢在必行。
本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題是管套壓裝專機。采用的總體方案是:在專機上定位兩軸套相對位置,利用電機減速機提供動力,通過皮帶輪帶動絲杠轉(zhuǎn)動,進而帶動裝有螺母的壓頭移動,將旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)化為直線壓入運動。采用牙嵌式安全離合器進行過載保護,壓配后在管子相應(yīng)位置通過鉆模板鉆孔。
通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計,使我進一步理解了所學(xué)過的理論知識及具體運用了這些知識。這是我們在進行畢業(yè)設(shè)計之前對所學(xué)課程的一次深入的全面的總復(fù)習(xí),也是一次理論聯(lián)系實際的訓(xùn)練。因此,它在幾年的學(xué)習(xí)中占有重要的地位。
通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計,使自己對軸套壓裝專機的工作有了親身的體驗,了解了壓裝專機的工作原理和工作過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多人工手動操作壓入軸套的不足和弊端,由此想出了用機器來代動手工壓裝,這樣不緊提高了工作效率、減少了勞動強度、也增強了定位精確度。但我們所設(shè)計的牙嵌式離合器容易打滑,則磨損厲害,影響了使用壽命,使用頻率高,電機頻繁啟動,鑒于以上不足,今后的設(shè)計可以采用液壓控制方案。
就我個人而言,希望通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計,對自己今后將從事的工作進行一次適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,通過設(shè)計鍛煉自己分析問題、解決問題的能力。同時也學(xué)會了查圖表、資料、手冊等工具書。通過實例對軸套壓裝專機的制造和電機及減速器選擇,彈簧計算,離合器計算等做了一次練習(xí)。
總之,通過這次畢業(yè)課程設(shè)計使我受益匪淺,為以后的工作打下一個良好的基礎(chǔ)。在此,衷心感謝各位老師和同學(xué)的幫助和指導(dǎo)。

Catia,UG,Pro/e 的比較與前景
今天你正用的軟件,如果一兩年后就消失了,無法升級,功能又覺得不夠,怎么辦?再重新選或?qū)W習(xí)新軟件?所以一個軟件的持久發(fā)展很重要。
我開始用AutoCAD做平面圖,后來用Solidwork畫立體圖,自覺功能不夠,就自修了Pro/E,從Pro/EV18--V19--V2000i --V2000i2--V2001--Wildfire,可以說愛不釋手,但近來作圖尤其是逆向與造型部分,大傷腦筋,況且對于對于零件繁多的圖形, Pro/E對硬件的要求還是很高。對于諸如相切拔模,補破面等等老大難,Pro/E拿不出快捷的解決辦法,上一次我轉(zhuǎn)一打印機底殼的igs圖,破面補了4 天,才分模。好慘哪!

CATIA是英文ComputerAidedTri-DimensionalInterfaceApplication的縮寫。是世界上一種主流的 CAD/CAE/CAM一體化軟件。在70年代DassaultAviation成為了第一個用戶,CATIA也應(yīng)運而生。從1982年到1988年, CATIA相繼發(fā)布了1版本、2版本、3版本,并于1993年發(fā)布了功能強大的4版本,現(xiàn)在的CATIA軟件分為V4版本和V5版本兩個系列。V4版本應(yīng)用于UNIX平臺,V5版本應(yīng)用于UNIX和Windows兩種平臺。V5版本的開發(fā)開始于1994年。為了使軟件能夠易學(xué)易用, DassaultSystem于94年開始重新開發(fā)全新的CATIAV5版本,新的V5版本界面更加友好,功能也日趨強大,并且開創(chuàng)了 CAD/CAE/CAM軟件的一種全新風(fēng)格。
