1、-三軸式五檔手動(dòng)變速器設(shè)計(jì)摘要本設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)用于通用五菱之光微型車的三軸式五檔手動(dòng)變速器,該變速器有兩個(gè)突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn):一是其直接檔的傳動(dòng)效率高,磨損及噪聲也最??;二是在齒輪中心距較小的情況下仍然可以獲得較大的一檔傳動(dòng)比。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的日益開展,汽車的各項(xiàng)性能也日臻完善。現(xiàn)代汽車已成為世界各國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生活中不可缺少的交通工具?,F(xiàn)代汽車除了裝有性能優(yōu)良的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)外還應(yīng)該有性能優(yōu)異的傳動(dòng)系與之匹配才能將汽車的性能淋漓盡致的發(fā)揮出來,因此汽車變速器的設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤為重要。分析了為保證變速器具有良好的工作性能,對(duì)變速器應(yīng)提出的設(shè)計(jì)要求。詳細(xì)介紹了變速器機(jī)構(gòu)方案確實(shí)定,變速器主要參數(shù)的選擇,變速器
