1、Unit 1 How Tall Are You? 教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)【教材分析】六年級(jí)的學(xué)生正是好奇心極強(qiáng)的時(shí)候,對(duì)恐龍十分感興趣,這課就是以談?wù)摽铸堥_(kāi)篇的,所以我在課件中多加了幾張恐龍動(dòng)畫(huà)片,把重點(diǎn)句型和詞匯讓恐龍說(shuō)出來(lái)。接著教材又用薩拉詢(xún)問(wèn)埃米她穿多大號(hào)的鞋,這是學(xué)生日常生活中常見(jiàn)的?!緦W(xué)生分析】我所帶的兩個(gè)六年班,學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)二班比一班強(qiáng)一些,根底薄弱是這兩個(gè)班學(xué)生的共同之處,鑒于這一課開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)比擬級(jí)和最高級(jí)難度大,我準(zhǔn)備這樣設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和教學(xué)方法,完全讓學(xué)生自己操作,多準(zhǔn)備幾個(gè)尺子和小稱(chēng),親自測(cè)量,把重點(diǎn)句型使用多媒體反復(fù)播放?!窘虒W(xué)內(nèi)容】中心話(huà)題:詢(xún)問(wèn)身邊的人或事物的年齡、身高、重量及長(zhǎng)度并做

60、教學(xué)效果。單元教學(xué)反思經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)單元的教學(xué),調(diào)整了心情,覺(jué)得英語(yǔ)教學(xué)是鍛煉自身素質(zhì)和育人領(lǐng)悟的過(guò)程,更需要平時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),因?yàn)樵谛抡n程理念的指導(dǎo)下,新型的師生關(guān)系、評(píng)價(jià)觀已成為教師不可無(wú)視的一局部。在開(kāi)學(xué)的這一段時(shí)間內(nèi)我注意到用新的評(píng)價(jià)理念來(lái)教育、評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生。一、讓學(xué)生看到自己的每一次的進(jìn)步。當(dāng)六年級(jí)的孩子最后一學(xué)期拿起PEP小學(xué)英語(yǔ)的教科書(shū)時(shí),我就為每個(gè)孩子準(zhǔn)備個(gè)成長(zhǎng)的記錄帶。把學(xué)生的每一個(gè)精彩的點(diǎn)滴都收入囊中,讓孩子充分感受成功的喜悅,成長(zhǎng)的快樂(lè)。并寫(xiě)入評(píng)語(yǔ)中去,讓他們明白學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)成功的標(biāo)志不是高分,而是每次戰(zhàn)勝自我的挑戰(zhàn)。二、關(guān)注日常學(xué)習(xí)生活及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的每個(gè)閃光點(diǎn)。當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子每一個(gè)小
61、小的進(jìn)步時(shí),在班上我都大力表?yè)P(yáng),尤其是在我班里覺(jué)得自己很難跟得上的學(xué)生。我們班上有這樣很頑皮的學(xué)生,上課只知道動(dòng)手,不動(dòng)口。有一次,我驚奇的發(fā)現(xiàn),他竟然舉起了他的手,大聲地朗讀出單詞。盡管他的聲音被同學(xué)所蓋過(guò),但是我還是請(qǐng)同學(xué)們安靜下來(lái),讓他單獨(dú)地在讀一邊,并獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他一個(gè)顆“星星。可喜的是,我看到他的笑臉上,充滿(mǎn)了成功的驚奇和喜悅。我想這是我悟出老師可以有方法來(lái)幫助自己的學(xué)生。三、不以成績(jī)論“英雄。我常常對(duì)我的學(xué)生說(shuō):不管你的語(yǔ)文或數(shù)學(xué)有多好或多壞,在Miss Zhang的眼中,大家都是一樣,都在同一起跑線(xiàn)上。只要你樂(lè)于學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),在每次的英語(yǔ)評(píng)價(jià)都有進(jìn)步,你就是最棒的!四、以誠(chéng)心交流童心。在屢次的新課程培訓(xùn)中,不斷的強(qiáng)調(diào)教師要轉(zhuǎn)變角色。確實(shí),教師不再是“稻草人的角色,使學(xué)生望而生畏。如何拉近與學(xué)生的距離,給他們以親切感、依賴(lài)感呢?我充分利用自己年輕的優(yōu)勢(shì),時(shí)時(shí)保持一顆永不褪色的童心,以童心交流童,特別是一些在課上不敢發(fā)言的學(xué)生,通過(guò)網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行溝通和交流,讓他們能在課外當(dāng)朋友一樣,說(shuō)出自己對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上的缺乏,這樣也便于我及時(shí)調(diào)整
