現(xiàn)代機(jī)械加工工藝的水平有很大的提高，但是相對于先進(jìn)國家的機(jī)械水平還
有一定的距離。機(jī)械加工工藝是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，節(jié)約能源，降低消耗的重要手段。
本課題研究CA6140車床后托架加工工藝規(guī)程和夾具設(shè)計。首先通過對零件圖的分析，了解工件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，確定零件的材料，明確了具體的技術(shù)要求，從而對工件各組成表面選擇合適的加工方法。再擬訂較為合理的工藝規(guī)程，對零件進(jìn)行加工。最后對所用夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計，通過定位基準(zhǔn)的選擇，切削力與夾緊力的計算，誤差分析與計算，最終確定所用夾具。

CA6140 Lathe Back Bracket
Abstract
Modern level of the machining process has greatly improved, but compared to the level of advanced countries in the machinery must also distance.
Machine-finishing craft realizes the product design, guaranteed the product quality, saves the energy and reduces the consumption the important method.
CA6140 lathe of the research process after the bracket a point of order and fixture design. First of all parts diagram of the analysis, understanding the structure of the form of the work piece to determine the parts of the material, defined the specific technical requirements, and thus the composition of the surface of the work piece to choose the appropriate processing methods. Then the process to develop a more reasonable point of order, of parts for processing. Used in the final fixture of the design, positioning the base through the choice of cutting force and clamping force calculation, error analysis and calculation, and ultimately used to determine fixture.
