1. 緒論
自動(dòng)化立體倉庫被廣泛地應(yīng)用于倉儲(chǔ)和制造設(shè)備當(dāng)中。典型的單位貨物裝卸立體倉庫由儲(chǔ)藏架,堆垛機(jī),自動(dòng)運(yùn)輸小車,和入庫/出庫臺(tái)組成。衡量一個(gè)立體倉庫系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)劣的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是倉庫系統(tǒng)的工作效率。立體倉庫的工作效率與堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)行一個(gè)工作流程所需的時(shí)間成反比,這個(gè)工作流程時(shí)間包括堆垛機(jī)裝卸貨物的時(shí)間,顯然堆垛機(jī)裝卸貨物的時(shí)間在一定程度上取決于堆垛機(jī)和貨架的具體結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)格。
