彎板注射成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)【注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)】,注塑模具設(shè)計(jì),彎板注射成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)【注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)】,注射,成形,工藝,模具設(shè)計(jì),注塑 摘 要我們以社會實(shí)際產(chǎn)品為課題，設(shè)計(jì)一套能夠生產(chǎn)所給塑件、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、能保證制品的精度、表面質(zhì)量的塑料模具，能熟練使用UG、CAD繪圖。使我們在塑件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、塑料成型工藝分析、塑料模具數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)、塑料模具零件的選材、熱處理、塑料模具零件的制造，以及資料檢索、英文翻譯等方面獲得綜合訓(xùn)練，為縮短工作適應(yīng)期奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)本設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容有以下幾點(diǎn)：（1）要明確塑件設(shè)計(jì)要求：仔細(xì)閱讀塑件制品零件圖，從制品的塑料品種，塑件形狀，尺寸精度，表面粗糙度等各方面考慮注塑成型工藝的可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性，必要時(shí)，要與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)者探討塑件的材料種類與結(jié)構(gòu)修改的可能性。（2）運(yùn)用UG及CAD軟件完成模具設(shè)計(jì)：分型面應(yīng)選在塑件外形最大輪廓處，滿足塑件的外觀質(zhì)量要求。（3）模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)：塑件成型位置及分型面選擇；模具型腔數(shù)的確定，型腔的排列和流道布局以及澆口位置設(shè)置；模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；頂出機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；排氣方式設(shè)計(jì)。（4）模具總體尺寸的確定和選購模架：模架已逐漸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，選定模架，在以上模具零部件設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上初步繪出模具的完整結(jié)構(gòu)圖。（5）模具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制：模具總圖繪制必須符合機(jī)械制圖國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，模具總裝圖應(yīng)該包括必要尺寸，如模具閉合尺寸，外形尺寸，特征尺寸，裝配尺寸，極限尺寸及技術(shù)條件，編寫零件明細(xì)表等。關(guān)鍵詞：ABS；彎板；注射模具；推板機(jī)構(gòu)；薄壁塑件；模具設(shè)計(jì)Plastic bending plate injection molding process and mold design AbstractWe take the actual product of society as the subject, design a set of production for plastic parts, reasonable structure, can guarantee the precision plastic mold, the surface quality of the products, able to skillfully use PROE, CAD/CAM mapping, CAE analysis software. We make the plastic parts in the structure design, plastic molding process analysis, plastic mold, plastic mold parts of the digital design and material selection, heat treatment, plastic mold manufacturing, comprehensive training and information retrieval, English translation and so on, in order to shorten the work period to lay a solid foundation for the design of the main content is as follows: (1) to clear plastic parts design requirements: read the product parts, products from plastic, plastic parts shape, size precision, considering the feasibility and economy of the injection molding process of all aspects of the surface roughness when necessary, to explore the possibility of modifying the material type and structure of plastic parts and products the designer. (2) using UG and CAD software to complete the mold design: parting surface should be in shape to meet the requirements of maximum contour, the appearance quality of plastic parts. (3) die structure design: molding position and parting surface selection; determine the mold cavity number, cavity arrangement and runner layout and gate location design; structure design of die parts; ejection mechanism design; exhaust system design. (4) to determine the overall size of the mold and the selection of mold: mold has been gradually standardized, the selected frame, complete structure design based on the above preliminary draw mold parts mold.
